    I bought 3 shirts 10/19/2024 that were too small. I returned the shirts with *** Tracking that I can provide. I never got a refund or replacement. I was in email communication for 3 months but NO resolution. I am out $90.00. I believe the company keeps the emails very basic to run out the clock on a credit card reimbursement. I have photos of my returned packages and tracking numbers and all the emails. I would like my reimbursement.

    Ordered 11/9/23.shoes did not fit. Received at the end of November. Contacted company did everything I was suppose to do returned shoes by **** on 12/1/24z tracked and they received on 12/7. I took pictures and sent tracking receipt info. I know they received it. I have emailed them several times. But no response. I am out over $50.00 plus the $18:95 to send it back.

    i have also called the credit card company this week 2/28. They will also look into this problem.

    as of today no credit to my card. $60.00 plus.

    I purchased 3 shirts. Returned because they were too small, they replaced with the SAME SIZE. I returned again requesting a refund, and they have not responded since.

    I ordered a shirt from this company and wasnt happy with the purchase. I paid for tracked shipping as per companies instructions to obtain refund. I sent tracking info. They received package over a month ago according to the tracking info. I have sent a couple emails asking about my refund and have not gotten anything back.

    Purchased a shirt that ended up being very small. I typically wear a XLT but I ordered a 2XL. The shirt was around $60. I had to spend about $20 to ship it back. The size was just wrong, there is no way that the shirt they sent me was a 2XL but even then I was responsible for shipping it back. I sent it back but have not been given a refund yet, and every email I send just get returned back to me. I tried calling their phone number and can no longer reach anyone.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. When I first started my return they provided me an address and shipping information but said it was my own responsibility to send the item back. I sent it back and have been waiting for a refund for almost 3 months now. The company does not return any emails and I have not been able to find a good phone number or information.

    Purchased 2 shirts from the website vtkix.com. Come to find I needed to return due to them being too small. When I tried to go back to the website, it said it was no longer valid! I clicked on my "confirmation" email to see if I can find a customer service phone number and there was none along again with website not being valid!!! I am out nearly $64.86 due to this scam of a website!!!!!! Iam seeking my money back. This is a scam and fraud by all means!

    I bought two shirts from this company and they were terrible quality. When I asked to return them they made it really hard to return and I supplied a tracking number. I was told I would receive a partial refund only and its been 2-3 weeks and I havent received notice from anyone. Now Im noticing their website doesnt even work vtkix.com how convenient for them. Complete scam I need to call my bank and hopefully they can help me with this. But I had to report this Chinese scam company.

    on November 16 I order two shirts (order # *****) received order but not like the description of the add and much smaller lower quality, I contacted the company on three occasions Nov 29 (Ticket # *****) and Dec 11, no info given and Dec21 still no contact as of this moment, shirts and too small and not able to wear, wand was within the return policy of the company..

    I ordered a pair of men shoes in around mid April from this company. I received the shoes in May and returned them on May 23 because they were the wrong size. They were too tight and my husband only tried on the shoe in our home and they were uncomfortable to wear so they were returned. Order #*****. I sent several emails ONLY asking for the right size and they responded back and said they could not refund because shoes had been worn which was not true because they were too tight. I ordered 13 wide width and they sent a size 14 regular width. I have sent many other emails continuing to ask for the right size shoe and they have not responded. I only received an automated email saying they will get back with me in 2 to 4 business days and it had been 3 weeks.Very unhappy and disappointed customer.
