    To whom it may concern,I am writing to recommend Consumers Relocation Services, Inc. for your upcoming move. I had the pleasure of using their services in 2023 when I relocated from ******* to ******. I was very impressed with the company's professionalism, efficiency, and customer service.I was feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of moving across the country, but ***************** made the process very easy. She listened to my needs and concerns, and she provided me with a customized moving plan that met my specific requirements.***************** from Consumers Relocation Services made the entire moving process so much easier and less stressful. She sourced multiple competitive bids, reviewed them with me and provide her subject expert matter feedback.*** took care of everything from coordinating the agreement terms with the movers and following up during the move process.I was particularly impressed with the level of communication from *****************. She kept me updated on the status of my move every step of the way. I also appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my specific needs. For example, I had a few fragile items that needed to be packed and given extra attention. *** was happy to accommodate my request and made sure that my items arrived safely.On the day of my move, the movers arrived on time and they were very efficient. They packed my belongings carefully and they loaded them onto the truck quickly. They also took care of all the paperwork for me, so I didn't have to worry about a thing.Overall, I had a very positive experience with ***************** from Consumers Relocation Services. *** was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and she always made sure that I was kept informed about the progress of my move. Consumers Relocation Services made my move a breeze, and they helped me to make a smooth transition to my new life in ******.     I can't say enough amazing things about my experience with working with ***. Very professional and always available to answer my questions. The service was stellar. This last time was my 3rd time moving my vehicle from one coast to another. Each time, Les listened and provided me the best quote and followed up in a timely manner. Moving is stressful enough so adding a car on top of it can be stressful. My car arrived without any hassles and no damage either. All 3 times, the drivers were professional and accommodating on pickup and drop off locations. I'm sure I will probably move another car in the future and without any hesitation, I will reach out to Les. Thank you!!!

    In my personal opinion, this is a beyond horrible company. I feel that they are unethical and most certainly, not professional. Specifically, the manager we ended up working with when we escalated our move concerns was rude, unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful. I worked for a multi-national, large IT company and dealt with people in many many fields across many countries where I experienced unprofessional and even aggressive conduct, but the manager at Consumers Relocation Services was notable to me as being abhorrent. Consumers Relocation Services coordinated putting together an apples-to-apples comparison of 2 bids from movers for my family's cross-country move which I thought was an excellent service. We went with Wheaton World Wide Moving based on the recommendation of Consumers Relocation Services and we had nothing but trouble with Wheaton. When I contacted Consumers Relocation Services to get help with our problems with *******, we had to work with the manager I previously mentioned because our contact left the company. I felt that the manager and this company cared more about protecting the moving company than helping us (in one email between the manager and the Wheaton moving company, the manager said, "Someone needs to start jumping on this before it truly goes sideways although I think it already has."). AAA recommended this Consumers Relocation Services company and I am shocked that AAA would recommend such an unprofessional company that tells you upfront they will support you with move issues and then leaves you hanging in the wind when one of the companies they recommend you go with doesn't follow the **************************** rules (like providing weigh tickets) and in our case, the movers delivered a horrible move experience (and lost more than 2K pounds of our home items).

    I contacted Les on recommendation from AAA. My experience was absolutely stellar. Les was very quick to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot), and he helped me work out what the best pick up and delivery spots were for my friends who were sending the car to us from N. ******** to CA. He did a lot of work to insure that my friends would be able to meet the driver as close to their home as possible. I asked him for a lot of service and he ALWAYS answered my emails and his phone, he even offered to be available on a weekend he was out of town, if I had any worries or concerns. I felt his pricing was very competitive and my car arrived in the same condition it was in when it was put on the truck. I will always recommend his services, I could not have had a better experience! He was a dream. Thank you, Les.

    Use caution! I used CRS based on a recommendation from AAA. Initially I had a great experience with Les. However he subcontracted to another company to actually have my vehicles shipped who did a horrible job. Not only were there delays, when my vehicles arrived initially we noticed that one of the vehicles was severely out of alignment. After bringing this to Les attention he was willing to pay for a new alignment and rental car. Unfortunately we discovered there was more damage to the vehicle than initially discovered. I brought this to Les attention with invoices for nearly $3000 in repairs and pics of the Damage. He told me he considered our claim closed and has no offered a resolution. If you plan to use CRS Id highly recommend vetting who Les picks as a transportation company and make sure they are experienced. Double check you vehicles and dont pay the transport until you verify that your vehicle is not damaged.

    We are sorry you experienced a delay in delivery of your vehicles. While we do not guarantee delivery dates, and have no liability, we did make a good will offer to pay you for your rental car during that time; and did make payment.At delivery you inspected the vehicles, and signed the *** agreeing the Vehicle was received in good condition with no exceptions noted on 7/14/22. This released any liability for damage for us and the carrier. We did agree to a good will payment on a claim you presented for alignment work and made that payment 8/11/22.The carrier we used was vetted and in business since 2008, All certifications, and insurances were up to date and in order. They have a 99.5 out of 100 approval rating in the industry. We have good experience with this carrier.You agreed at the time of the second good will payment(8/11/22) that this settlement was final, and you would not pursue any further claims. Then you contacted us regarding an additional claim 10/11 for work on your vehicle 9/22/22 mentioned in this review. You have driven your car for 3 months since it was delivered and now submitting another claim. We responded to you that we considered this closed per your agreement 8/11/22.
