  Terrible **************** and refusal to remediate defective product issue.I recently purchased a Beacon bottle that arrived with a defective spout. Despite the fact that the product was never used, I reached out to customer service for assistance. After exchanging over 10 emails, which were never timely, they informed me that they would not replace the defective spout. Instead, they advised me to purchase a new spout. I reiterated that the product had never been used, but they maintained that the issue was not covered under warranty.This is not the first Beacon bottle we have purchased. Previously, they worked fine, and we were satisfied with the product. However, the customer service provided in this instance is not acceptable. The lack of timely responses and the refusal to address a clear defect in a new, unused product have been very disappointing.

  The insulated cup says it stays cold, within 3 hours the ice completely melts. I reached out to their customer service with pictures including time stamps. They told me to return the one I purchased for a refund and order a new one because it was defective. I purchased another one, the same thing happened. Showed them pictures once again, with time stamps. I havent received a response back. This is incredibly frustrating considering their cups clearly dont stay cold like they advertise and their customer service is horrible. Their cups are way too expensive to not work as they say they should. I do not recommend them.

  We bought a bluey stainless steel cup sold at Target. After one week, the design started to come off. I filed a claim because that's unacceptable for a brand new cup with light use and one wash, and because they offered a "lifetime warranty". Nothing. I have followed up 5 times since I made the claim and there has been NO communication. After a month of using the cup, the design is completely gone. This company is untrustworthy.

  We bought a gabby's dollhouse cup by *********** sold at Target. My daughter was so excited for her new cup however after two hand washes the design is more than halfway peeled off. Unacceptable especially for only 2 times carefully washing!! I contacted the company but they said they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't offer me an apology for the cup being defective or a coupon or a new cup. Nothing. I understand I bought the cup at target but I do feel the company itself should take responsibility for such a poor designed cup. It continues to be sold and they are making money off it. It isn't targets responsibility, it is theirs!
