    Merchandise was terrible quality. Printed image was so faint you could hardly see it, and much smaller than pictured on their website. Customer support team agreed but was unable to send a corrected replacement because they said it would have looked the same. They refunded the cost of the item, but refused to refund $10+ in taxes and shipping because it's against their company policy, even when they are at fault.

    Mr **** took my membership fee and then refused to activate my account based my name. Site rules state no initials for your account. My first name is a letter, not an initial. He refused to work with me and then stated I used a "Jew Card".
