They absolutely ruined my car, and are arguing with me about it. $2,975 for a new clutch on my car. I got it back and was told to not drive it till I take it to the dealership for them to look at it. I took it to the dealership and their service department said whoever worked on your car last, whoever replaced this clutch did did not reassemble it correctly and they messed up your clutch. Basically the coolant hose was not put on correctly or was broken and it leaked coolant into the brand new clutch CONTAMINATING IT, meaning I need a WHOLE NEW $2,975 CLUTCH. When I told the shop what the dealership found and asked if they were going to fix it for free he said yes, no charge but then proceeds to argue that its not possible for coolant to get into the clutch. None stop arguing that isnt the problem, when the dealership has even explained how it happens. The whole experience with this shop has been an awful nightmare. Auto shops are supposed to make your life easier not harder. I have been without my car for 3 months now. During the 3 weeks they had my car, there was little to now communication and lies. One day he says were still waiting on the part, I show up and then he said he ordered the wrong part so theyre waiting for a new one. On day he said they found a pinhole in the coolant hose and that they tried to fix it but couldnt, next day they said they did fix it when I asked why did they let me drive it off lot. I did not look at the ****** reviews, he has A LOT of 5 star reviews but what I failed to notice is that they were all UBER INSPECTIONS. So of course those are going to get 5 stars but any real mechanical reviews are 1 star. Hes a scam artist and they dont know how to work on cars. He bought the cheapest parts he could find and charged me dealership prices. He also never provided a diagnosis for replacing the clutch and just ended up doing it. For all I know it didnt need a new clutch. Awful awful awful. Im so upset and out $2,975.
