    On January 24, 2023, a family member of mine, used this *** location to drop off an item to be shipped. The owner, an older male, that was supposed to be assisting her, was horribly rude, demeaning, condescending, and did not want to take responsibility for his franchised *** business. All of these defining characteristics I have listed of this man and his business started from the first interaction upon entering the store, to discussing shipping protocol, to managing shipping items, and this mans verbal communication. Overall, he was verbally abusive in his communication and has no business helping the public and running a business such as this one. One example of his communication was the following, I dont get paid enough to move your box over next to the items being picked up, so you move it there. If you dont do what I say, I wont ship your box After researching this store, I came to see that many others have had the same interaction with this person at this store. Please reference (the *** store auburn reviews on ******** I want to ask, why has this store and man not been investigated?? It seems there have been two complaints to the BBB and BBB has rated this business a C. Does the *** Corp know about this business? Did BBB contact *** corp about this contractor? Additionally, I personally reached out to the *** corporate and this was not helpful at all. I was on hold for 3 hours today and eventually gave up, and mind you, not once did anyone pick up the phone. This was all during business hours. I was told by the customer service department to call this number for the corporation/franchise complaints ***************). This type of behavior should not be tolerated at all in business. However, I can see why this man and his business continue with this godawful behavior.the hoops a ****** must go through to have this store reprimanded is so atrocious that people give up and as a result, this business never gets fully reported and/or investigated etc. I am asking that the BBB please take over this responsibility to make headway with *** Corporate to get this location reported and investigated. This franchise location should not be allowed to be in business as a *** store or any shipping company due to the owners bullying and abusive nature.
