    Terrible experience at this location. The manager(?) demanded that customers use a new, automated machine for their orders -- the only problem is that it wasn't working. When this was pointed out by several of us, he grew irate and rude, yelling at the line of customers. He insulted me and the other half-dozen customers and said we were idiots who couldn't understand. He then proceeded to grab my phone, try (and fail) to scan it the barcode, and expressed anger when he realized that he was wrong.He then told all of us to just leave and come back another time since he can't process anything.Several other customers were trying to pick up packages, but he wasn't "able to find them" even though marked as delivered, indicating that *** is lying about delivery times. They were told to come back another day.This is inexcusable behavior, and based on other reviews, it has been going on for years at this location.
