  They notified me every day when someone was coming. Spread plywood to protect the deck. The men that were on the job kept me informed what work was being done daily. At the end of the job, they did great in cleaning up and resetting the deck furniture. Great experience and I highly recommend Guardian.

  1) Poor communication:a) Roofers showed up unannounced. Due to a language barrier (little to no English spoken by the roofers-which was an issue throughout the job) finally sent them back.b) Multiple instances of incorrect work due to lack of communication.2) Quality of work:a) The original fascia was smooth. Replacement wood was nailed with a very rough side out. It had to be ripped off and redone.b) Screws, staples, nails, plastic and roofing bits were blown into my wood pile as part of their "daily cleanup".c) After they left, I picked up numerous nails, staples, plastic, roofing bits and screws. And the remains of someone's lunch.d) Downspout was installed shooting water down the sidewalk instead of away from the house.e) After they were "done", I found 10 square feet of soffit that was ripped out and not replaced. Plus, the hook for the Xfinity cable strain relief was gone and the cable was now wrapped tight around the chimney.f) Multiple marks and debris on my RV from roofing material striking it (salesman said it did not need to be covered up). It took 45 minutes to clean all the tar streaks off of the fiberglass.g) The holes for the soffit vents are not cut to the same size as the vent area. You can see soffit wood covering part of the vent screen.3) Dumb mistakes:a) I purchased 3 solar tubes for the vaulted ceiling per the salesman's recommendation Just before they cut holes in the roof, I called the manufacturer. They said there had the be 24 inches from roof to ceiling to install them. I had 8.b) They blew attic insulation in without building a box around the attic access hole. They had to lift plywood up again to get in there and build the box.c) The roofing delivery truck cracked the driveway concrete with their outriggers.d) After tarping the roof, it started to rain. Now I had water seeping across the basement floor. By the time they finally fixed it I had water running down inside my interior walls for over 3 hours.

  Excellent work and super fast service! My estimate was done, crew out and work completed within one week ( the actual roof replacementonly took 2 days). This company is the best in my humble opinion!

  Guardian was the best. From the sales ************* to the installers to the call after they were finished asking If I was 100% satisfied. The whole process exceeded my expectations!!With Guardian I knew I would get the best I just didnt know they would price it!!

  Called to have an inspection done on my chimney as there was a leak entering in and the previous ***** did a botch job. Got an appointment set the next day. ****** was punctual, kind and courteous. He did a thorough inspection and talked to me about all my options and long term plan. I am still waiting for the appointment for the repairs but the employee I worked with had excellent customer service skills, treated my home and my self with respect and was very knowledgeable.
