5 stars*** **** took such good care of us. He got up into the attic and identified our mold and moisture problem; he then went up on our roof to diagnose. *** not only provided photos of our attic, but also videos of our roof to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. *** clearly explained the work and the walked us through Guardians history. It put us at ease to see their massive footprint in the area, their history, how they run projects (employees not contractors!!), and all Guardians accreditations/reviews. I really appreciated how transparent *** was to explain pricing/financing; it never felt like I was under pressure. Our job is scheduled and look forward to Guardian fixing this and ensuring it doesnt happen again.Review fromChris G

5 starsWe're return customer of ******************** for our roof and rain gutters, after they redid our roof two years ago. Following the November 2024 bomb cyclone here in *******, they quickly came out, assessed the damage, spoke to us extensively and gave us an estimate that we accepted.Review fromLois H

5 stars******** was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time ready to repair my roof. He made sure all residents of my home were aware he was there as requested. ******** was very kind and went to work right away. The work on my roof took approximately 4 hours as promised. After the 4 hours had passed ******** cleaned up all trash and debris left from the repairs.I am very pleased with the work contracted by guardian roofing! I expect to see ******** in a few days to remove materials left on my chimney necessary for the repairs.Review fromJohn P

****** (Tech) was very knowledgeable. He was also very honest and transparent with what needs to be done and he made sure we were well informed before the appointment was done. He also made sure that we had resources and information we needed before proceeding and what are all options available to us.
