While our experience in the conduct of the estimate assessment was a positive experience, the estimator left us with no estimate at the end of the visit but indicated that an email was sent. No email estimate was received by the next morning.Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation

I want to complain but the problem is I've nothing to complain about. The Guardian's roofing team started working for the day and cleaned up leaving what was necessary for the next day's work. They answered my questions. Although sometimes they reverted to their phones to do some translating. I only regret that the project started just as two atmospheric rivers hit the northwest. I worried about the roofers' safety and the storm's impacts on my roof while in transition.I was pleased with my new roof and Guardian's follow-up. I'm glad that King ****** publishes a free yearly guide for homeowners of vetted service providers. That's how I learned about Guardian.I don't give 5 stars because no matter how good the service is there is always room for improvement. Besides, the BBB rating system doesn't allow for half a star.Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation

A wood roof shingle blew off the house. Guardian provided excellent service in reinstalling the shingle, and after inspecting the roof added nailing to other shingles to prevent need for future repairs. Highly recommend Guardian for five-star service.Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation

****** warmly introduced himself then went to work on assessing my roof.When he was done he showed me a movie he had taken of my roof and was able to point out a problem with broken or partially missing shingles beyond my **** issue. He very clearly explained how the **** and shingle situation could affect my roofs future health. From our meeting I am having them replace the bad shingles and clean and treat my roof for the ****. I have a feeling that the actual work will exceed my expectations!Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation

Great job! *****************, the estimator, was punctual, professional and personable and answered my questions. He gave me two different options to address my garage attic vent situation and explained them thoroughly. ******* did a great job, was on time, professional and personable. He finished on time and cleaned up afterwards. The office staff who answer the phones and handle billing are courteous and professional and friendly. Outstanding company.
