    On 1/16 I ordered a **** grinder from the company, with tax came to ******. Once received, I attempted to use it for the first time on 1/25. I set up the appliance in accordance with the directions, and when I attempted to grind the coffee beans, the device immediately stopped functioning. I researched various ******* videos on how to fix the issue, but my attempts were not successful. I reached out to the business to ask for a return, as my device failed on the first use and I was not able to get it working properly. At this point, I was totally dissatisfied and wanted my money back. The business refused, and instead continued to push me to troubleshoot which I rejected. I asked that they reconsider my refund request, at which point they stopped responding. I wish to send this item back and receive a full refund.

    I purchased a coffee grinder from this company for $160. It was defective on first use. The company will not take phone calls, stand behind return policy, or replace the item. The customer service agent blamed me for the defective product and will not respond to emails.

    The product was originally delivered to the consumer via tracking (1ZY847R70330492059). We have extended a return label to the consumer so they can return the product for refund on August 8th. Once the product is received back, the refund will be issued

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I will select resolve when a full refund has been issued.  The service agent sent a repair invoice and not a refund invoice.  I will only resolve this when a full refund has been issued to my account. The tracking for the return with *** :1ZE5046F9092320258  sent on 8/8/24 at 3:57 pm

    No response from email and phone number does NOT work! Took my money, supposedly printed a *** label 7 days ago and *** says that they've never received the package so it hasn't even shipped yet. I just want my money back so I can buy a different product from a more reliable company!!
