  What fun I have had so far with this group of new friends!! Im so glad I joined E&A in Feb 2022 as it has helped me to get back out and meet new friends after my divorce. The Hosts are amazing and have kept the event calendar full of awesome, fun stuff to do each month. It is nice to be able to sit back and enjoy myself while all the details are handled. The things *** attended are always well organized and well attended. The people I have met have been quality people and I have made numerous connections. Although I have not yet been on one of the Epic Trips, I looking forward to next year. I always look forward to seeing what is coming next on the schedule. Thank you for all your hard work and planning!

  * joined Events and Adventures because I was single and 40. They said they screen everyone. That is a lie they take everyone who is willing to sign a contract and pay them monthly. I signed their contract and then found out you also have to pay for every event along with the membership. I signed up for two years. The con artist that worked there told me they would give me a better deal. I went to a couple of events and there were no 40-year-olds there. I was told I needed to go to slower events( I am very active). I was told I should go to supper events to meet the older people. I don't want to drive three hours to go to dinner. I tried to get out of my contract after a year. I stopped going to events because it was like partying with my children. I was denied and told I still had to pay the membership. I stopped paying and they garnished my wages. This place is the biggest con artist group I have ever seen. Do not join it! It is totally a scam

  As a new person in town, this was a great way to get out of my house with a no pressure feel. Everyone is warm and welcoming. It is a little pricey but for me it was worth it because it got me out of the house. I signed up for two years. I like that if you go to a town with E&A, you can sign up for an event there or if you move. It has been a fun experience.

  I wish I could, give them *****. I subscribe to their services, thinking I will meet fit young attractive individuals like in their advertisement. That is not true!! I met people who were quite the opposite. I canceled my membership three days later!! Then I got this.We are contacting you in regards to your past due balance on your Events & Adventures account. Your account is scheduled to be sent to our third party collections agency on 11/20/2022. Here are your options since you are past the cancellation window:We can set your monthly payment amount of $146.39 back up on automatic payments We can lower your monthly payment amount to $65.00 until paid in full which will extend your payments out multiple months OR We can offer a settlement on your remaining balance of $2275.00 in the amount of only $1138.00 that we can accept in 1-5 installments to close the account Please let me know what will work best for you to avoid collections- our goal is to assist you with setting up a plan to resolve the remaining balance. I look forward to communicating with you!This business take advantage of people.Why would I pay for something that I don't use!! That I went to just 1 event.

  Do not join this company. They lock you into a contract with only up to 3 days to cancel which is not enough time to see if the membership is actually worth the price. So then imagine you are locked into paying for a membership fee you no longer want or used. They held members accountable for paying membership dues when the ***** pandemic arose even though they knew no events could be held in person. They are also taking members unjustly to court in an attempt to collect on membership dues which the persons did not use and also were not allowed to cancel due to the way the contract is written.The owners are lining their pockets under unjust enrichment. What company after your possible untimely death would go after a person's estate for membership dues after their passing? Make sure you read the contract before signing and joining this company.

  I recently went on a trip to ****** with E&A. I missed the flight out of ******, ** with the group because my connecting flight was cancelled due to weather. The E&A trip manager had to cancel my reservation for what was supposed to be ONLY the flight to ******. He ensured me that my RETURN flight reservation was still intact. Meanwhile, I had to purchase another ticket on a different airline and fly from ******* to ****** which was another $1,000 out of pocket that E&A did not cover. I had already prepaid over $4,000 for this trip which included the group airfare round trip, lodging (hotel rooms and cruise ship cabin), certain excursions on the itinerary, and a few meals. On the day of departure from ******, I found out along with three other members who missed the flight over that my reservation on the return flight was no longer valid and that our names were removed from the passenger list. We then had to purchase our own tickets each in excess of $3,000 which included last minute fees. We had to get on this flight in order to get home on time to make our connecting flights. Again, E&A would not compensate us. So essentially I paid double for this trip. Apparently, there was a huge miscommunication between E&A and the airline and we were given false information about our return flight reservations being still good. This was in no way our fault yet we had to pay for their mistake! Even with travel insurance we would not have been fully reimbursed. Bad business.not to mention bad morals!!! This is how E&A treats its members? Never again!!!

  For an introvert, this group can be very intimidating at first, but I can only encourage you to put yourself out there. Go to the events and start talking with people and you'll no longer have those fears. It's a very diverse group which makes things more interesting. After being on my own in a huge city not knowing anyone, signing up with E&A I've managed to have a ton of new experiences be it things or places and have made several new friends. Events and Adventures was a life changing investment for me.

  I'm a member and truly enjoy all the events I attend. Our Event Coordinator is "Best in the Business" and having her coordinate events has been a true blessing.As a Single Guy, these events allow me to get out of the house and socialize with other members. We also do a lot of fun activities that make being a member even better. E&A plans the events and we get to attend them.
