    I ordered a laptop from ***** It was marked delivery date 4/30/24. On 4/24/24, I received an updated delivery estimate of 4/26/24. I planned to be home on both of those days. At 7:36pm on 4/24, I received a delivery notice. I went outside, and it was nowhere to be found. After looking into it, it turns out it was left on the front stoop, clearly labeled ***** at 12:55pm by the carrier. After filing with both **** and Pandion about the missing laptop, I've been told by Pandion that they left it in a "reasonable location" on the property, and told by **** that they're not responsible because it's been marked delivered by the carrier. There was no signature required. There was no updated delivery time for 4/24. There was no notice of delivery for almost 7 hours after it was left on the porch. I would have sent a neighbor to retrieve it if either Pandion or **** had told me it arrived a week early.

    We acknowledge the complaint submitted on 5/14/2024 with the ** of ******** on behalf of customer ******************* regarding a ********************** delivery issue.

    The delivery in question is regarding a **** shipment, which based on our investigation was delivered to the intended address and left in a reasonable location on the customer's property. We informed *************** of this accordingly.

    We have also advised *************** that if she cannot locate the package and believe theft has occurred, she can contact local authorities to open a case file.

    - DOT: 04/16/2024 - They were responsible from delivering my package - They did not deliver my package at the date that shown on their tracking website. They provide me false information about delivery date. Their customer service (only via email) is not providing information when i contact with them.- They pretend like they are trying to solve problem but they are not!- Tracking number: ***************** - The item amount that i have to deliver by them is: $1403

    Herewith we acknowledge the complaint submitted on 4/17/2024 with the ** of ******** on behalf of customer *********************** regarding a ********************** delivery issue.

    The delivery in question is regarding a **** shipment, submitted to us on 4/15/2024 with a promised delivery date for the customer, ***********************, on 4/16/2024.

    Based on our investigation we have declared this package as lost, and have informed the customer, ***********************, of this accordingly, today 4/18/2024.

    As a next step, we recommended for the customer to contact **** for a refund or replacement.

    I am rejecting this response because: First of all, They inform me about this situation at 4/19/2024 not 18th as it mention in response message (proof is on the attachment!). Because of the date I mention, I have to wait for weekend to resolve my issue through ***** Since my whole issue was receiving this item as soon as possible, the situation become unresolved. If the message delivered to me earlier or 18th as it mention by business, the case could be different. Why i need this item as soon possible? I am a computer science student and working as Software Developer, so my life mostly revolving around computer. This situation puts me behind of my scheduled work and school tasks which I have to have a computer to execute them. In conclusion, this issue already effect my school and especially my work. So, that 1 day cost my whole weekend and who knows how many extra days in next week!
