    Hands down the WORST. Do not use them. They must be cheap because I cant imagine any other reason for companies to keep this c*** up.

    The worst company you can ever use. I ordered a laptop from ****.com and they used Pandion as a shipper. Pandion handed it off to DoorDash. Door Dash has been with my package for 6 days and only attempted delivery once without notifying us that they would be delivering. Customer support for both ********************** and DoorDash has been awful with no resolution in site.

    The worst company you can ever use. I ordered two laptops from ****.com and they used Pandion as a shipper.The tracking shows packages delivered on 9/4 at 5:42 pm, I went down to my apartment and saw nothing in the lobby, I waited for a little and received another email from **** stating my packages had been delivered, I ran down again, and still no package. I had no choice but to have my building pull the surveillance around the time. The video showed the delivery guy coming in with two packages, putting it down, taking a photo, scanning, looking around the packages, picking it up, and walking out of my building. THIS IS FELONY, IT'S A CRIME. I will upload the video if I am allowed, every consumer, and company should be aware of this PANDION shipping company: their employee steel packages, EXPENSIVE packages.

    I have been receiving packages from Pandion lately. I would like to say the packages are delivered with care. They ring the door bell or knock lightly on my door. I appreciate these gestures so much. I looked this company up to see who was delivering my store ordered packages. I want to say that I am impressed with their deliveries.

    I had two different orders scheduled to be delivered today by Pandion. The driver pulled up in his personal car, which was overflowing with packages and his p****** son. He showed me my name and address on his phone, and said he had a package for me. He then spent the next 30 minutes having his child scan every package in the car - I eventually went back inside my house. 30 minutes later he left one package on my door, waved to me, took a photo and got back in his car. Later I got an email that both packages were delivered - but I only got one. With how confused he was, I am sure the missing package is still in his car or maybe at someone elses house. **************** no help so far and Im not feeling good about this.

    If I could give a zero I would. Two orders, one being a replacement were mis-delivered. No customer service phone number. The chat is horrible and not one ever responds. Horrific!

    Still trying to get a delivery from this company. It has been delayed in transit for 3 days. Today they said it was handed off to another company and would arrive by 9pm but it never did. They are also slow to respond to emails. **** computer company should stop using this carrier!

    I was supposed to receive a package on July 19, and nothing, the status turned to "delayed in transit." I sent a request message asking for an update, and why it was delayed in transit, and this their generic response, "Hello, Thank you for contacting Pandion. First of all, I am sorry for the inconvenience with this shipment. I am investigating why this shipment is delayed, and I will get back to you as soon as I have more information. Sincerely,"Their response was sent on Saturday morning, and nothing after that, and from their website, they don't work on Sunday's, so I probably won't get a response until Monday, assuming they even respond, based off other online reviews of bad company.Also, no customer service number to call, I'm guessing with their bad service, they're afraid everyone will be calling them asking for the status of their packages.Horrible service, horrible customer service.

    My apartment building has a parcel locker room where all carriers ****************** Amazon) put packages into one of the lock boxes in there. Pandion carrier however, went into the room, instead of utilizing the panel and place the package in the lock box, just left the package on top of a cabinet and called it delivered. Since the carrier did not use the lockbox, I did not get a notification on my phone. If I did not happen to check the tracking info and saw the photograph, I wouldn't even know my package was there where anyone could just take it. If you notice a business that ship things with Pandion, shop somewhere else.
