    This company is horrible. Do NOT use them, of have a package delivered by them. It's been days, and my order (a laptop from ***** has been out for delivery and back twice in the last two days (no movement yet today). Yesterday it was out on a truck from 12:31 to 3:40 when it somehow failed to be delivered.There's no way to contact them. There's a page to submit queries, but as far as I can tell all it does is generate an email saying they received your submission. No actual follow up or anything. Right now I have no idea where my package is and what to do about it.Avoid Pandion like the plague.

    Worst delivery company ever. Every company trying to save money and using these obscure, terrible shipping companies. It's so frustrating.

    Shockingly bad!! To their shame **** decided to use this sketchy business to deliver $1000s in computers. Are you kidding me!!?Red flag #1 + there is no way to call this sketchy business. Red flag #2 my delivery had no name, no account no .. It started with a text that Said "your DoorDash is on it's way "I ignored the texts because I thought it was a scam. No real info, no notifications.. Some weirdo saying "I am here...PANDION??"Just to be safe I looked outside. Guess what. No one is there.I text "where?" There's no response Cut to hours later and I'm wondering where my computers are. Then I see "Pandion delivery"Really? The scammer?I text the number again "This number cannot be used anymore. Please contact DoorDash support for assistance."This is insane. So I don't have my computers and no easy to reach this sketch "delivery company"**** better pony up. And fire these crazy people.
