      About 25 days ago, I signed up for their so called annual pro plan at $1,296.00 that Included unlimited look**** I used 21 look**** A day later, I downgraded the plan to a monthly plan that included 250 look**** After I downgraded the plan, they wrote to me stating that I used all of the look **** $165.00/250 look***=$0.66.$0.66*21 look***=$13.86.$165.00-$13.86=$151.14 THEY STOLE $151.14 because I was supposed to have 229 more look *** available.AGAIN, I only used 21 of the look****

      Refusal to remove personal information. Not only they are in violation of CCPA as well as CPPA and DPA, they are jeopardizing my and my employees right to privacy. What is posted on ******** was per ********* users permission and privacy settings. RocketReach has no right to post information with users' consent, especially when they are asked for the information to be removed from their website. They are monetizing by holding our information hostage.

      They are refusing to remove my personal data off the website. Usually there are options to remove it. But they collect your email address and force you to open an account. And you still cant remove the data they are publicizing. They are an illegal data broker!

      I have not given any permission or authorization to post my personal information to Rocket Reach.You stole my personal information from LinkedIn. Please remove my information from your website like now.I did not give you permission to post my information, and you must remove it from your site asap.FYI Read carefully Data Protection Act. ************* Privacy and Protection Act This bill was introduced in the 117th Congress in 20212022.It aims to protect consumer data by giving individuals the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information.It also requires companies to get CONSENT Form before transferring personal data, and to give people the option to opt out of targeted advertising.The bill also includes additional protections for the personal data of people under 17, and prohibits companies from using personal data to discriminate.You are putting me at risk for identity theft.This is such a violation of my privacy. Remove my info ASAP. By the way my stolen info is outdated and my business is not longer active.Beware of "Rocketreach" services. They steal data to sell to other companies.******************

      Unethical business practices. Rocketreach automatically charges you in the future when you think you've made a one-time purchase.They refuse to refund and do not cancel your subscription timely.Rocketreach offered a partial refund via "subscription downgrade" and then did not process the refund. And then refused to process saying that your re-request wasn't timely.Dishonest business. Avoid.

      My professional information has been found on rocketreach.co without my knowledge and approval. I contacted RocketReach LLC customer support and demanded all my information to be deleted from all their associated websites and storage devices. Issue was not resolved. My information is still on their website for general public viewing without my consent. This can't be legal. How was my information acquired without my knowledge or agreement.Unacceptable.

      They took your personal information and make it public for their profit, without your permission. Websites like these are the reason why spams, scams and identity thefts can not be stopped. When you want to remove your profile, you are also confirming the information they have on you is correct. And your data now worth more when they sell it to other companies.Our privacy should be protected and such business should not exist!

      I made an account on their site and looked up our business. As of today, 4/6/2023, out of 12 listings Rocket Reach has on their site for our company, not even 1 of them has worked for our company within the last 3 years. In other words, their information for our business is 100% inaccurate. Out of 12:- 1 passed away 12 years ago - 2 have never been employees of the company - 2 are duplicates - 1 has never been associated with the company. No one here has ever heard of them.- The rest haven't worked with the company for years I informed RocketReach that our listing was inaccurate and told them to remove the employees or at least do what they advertise they do and make the listing accurate as of 2022 (which would naturally lead them to remove all the ones I listed above), but they told me I didn't have the right to ask them to remove them because I am not any of the people listed. By the way, I am the manager of *************** for our company.
