RocketReach is publicly displaying a profile that includes my personal and professional information without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I did not create this profile, and I never agreed to have my data listed or published on their platform.I reached out to RocketReach requesting immediate removal of this unauthorized profile. However, they refused to delete it on the grounds that my email address does not match the email used to create the profile. This reasoning is flawed and unacceptable, as I did not create the profile in the first place. If no verification was required to create the profile, it is contradictory to now demand verification in order to remove it.This situation raises serious concerns regarding data privacy and the unauthorized use of personally identifiable information. Their refusal to act upon my deletion request appears to be a violation of my rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy protections.Business Response

I have become aware that ************************* is hosting information about me on a profile that I cannot claim: *************************************************************** This profile is me. There is enough on there to confirm that, but it is not accurate, and I cannot claim it or request it be deleted through the available channels, because there is no email address actually associated with it (I checked to see if rocketreach has an email for that profile; they dont. I have requested my information be removed multiple times. Their only response is that the email address doesn't match their records. However, after telling them that of the 2 email addresses posted, one was an old job, and one was an old defunct server... they did not remove my data, but did remove the old job email address. This tells me that they did read it, recognize that was not accurate, and removed just that one piece. My details are furnished by Rocket Reach and I never gave my consent. I have an email chain of 40+ mails where I am requesting them to delete my details as the details are coming up on ****** search. Approximately April 17 2025 I created a linkedin profile and within the next day Rocket reach had already stolen my picture and attached it to another ****** ******* Rocket Reach profile. I don't work at ********* and never have. This is why they should not engage in taking things without asking first. I would like my picture and any other information taken from my linked in profile to be deleted and RocketReach is not authorized to use or post any of my information for any purpose going forward.Business Response

Rocket Reach has taken my personal information, including my image, job history, and degree details, from linkedin / other job search site without my explicit permission and is displaying it on their platform. While I voluntarily shared this information on ******** or other job search site, I did not authorize Rocket Reach or any third party to access or use it. Ive tried removed my image and other details from ****** for privacy and safety reasons, but Rocket Reach continues to display my information, making it available to anyone who searches for it and allowing them to purchase it. I reached out to Rocket Reach, providing them with a screenshot from their site showing my personal information and requesting its removal. However, despite this evidence, they claimed they could not locate my profile and have refused to escalate the matter. After multiple follow-up emails, they have ignored my requests for resolution.
