      I'm actually greatly surprised that this facility has a 2.5 star rating as I had a horrible experience with them. I went through the initial assessment process on a Friday and stressed a number of times during the conversation that I would be applying for **** so I could attend their IOP program and I was assured they would be able to help with this process. I went through the 2nd assessment with a therapist the following Monday and asked almost exactly the same questions yet again, and once again I raised the issue of **** and was assured that while it might take awhile for paperwork to be completed that this wasn't a problem. Therefore, I went ahead and provided my deposit of $250 and anticipated beginning their Program the next day. However, when I provided the **** paperwork from my employer the next day, I was told that the group therapist could not sign the paperwork. When I inquired if there wasn't a psychiatrist or ANYONE at the facility whom could assist, my request was completed disregarded and I was told that I need not move forward with Group if I had a problem with this. As such, I had to go back to my employer and cancel my **** making me look completely unreliable. Still, what really is frustrating is that I had to contact the Program Administrator to get my deposit back and now almost a month later I'm seeing that they billed $450 to my insurance company for services that were never received even though there were numerous telephone calls and emails with their billing department and Program Administrator. Bottom line, I'll be filing a formal complaint with the ** Department of Health! Billing for services when they know someone was never a patient is insurance fraud.
