Very bad experience with the finance team of Honda Bellevue. I bought three cars from Honda Bellevue. The worst experience is with its finance team. My suggestion to everyone: Do not believe anything the finance team told/offered you. No matter whether you buy or lease a car from them, the final step is a conversation with its finance team to finalize the deal. The finance team will offer you many things, e.g., maintenance contract, asset protection contract, etc. My suggestion to everyone: just say NO to any additional contract, you just need a pure car. Recently, I bought a new car from them, during the conversation with the finance team, they told me it only costs me $7 per month to have a five-year maintenance contract + asset protection. It is a scam! It actually costs me $3099. Furthermore, they did not tell me that the first three years are actually free of charge for maintenance because it is a new Honda car. After several months (< 1 year), I request to cancel it. They only refunded me 50% money back. But you know it is just less than 1 year, the whole maintenance contract is 5 years. They should at least refund me 80% money back. What is most weird is that they rejected me for the reimbursement after they heard me that I had a cancellation thought but had not decided yet.

Honda Auto Center of Bellevue takes advantage of consumers by violating multiple Washington State laws. They still have not paid off the lien on my trade-in and I have had to pay extra payments to protect my credit. WAC ********** states that if there is a lienholder on any vehicle acquired by the dealer, the dealer must obtain possession of the title by paying off any balance due to the lienholder no later than the second business day following the date of acquisition of the vehicle by the dealer. I was told by Honda Auto-center of Bellevue that the lien was paid. However, over a week after that conversation, my bank has no record of the payoff. In the meantime they have the trade in car up for sale without title. They ignore calls and emails and leave the consumer stuck with their loan even though they no longer own the car. Buyers beware of this dealership as I still am paying on my loan over two weeks later which is well past they two days required by law. They will tell you that things are taken care of, but will string you along and drag out your payoff. Look at the BBB track record of this dealership. It should tell you something about their practices.

**************** purchased a vehicle from us on August 31st, 2024. We cut the payoff check within 2 business days of the transaction. Due to mail system complications, the payoff check was delayed to the bank. As of September 16th, the vehicle has been paid off.

****************** took advantage of my teenage daughter and then lied to me on multiple occasions to justify charging for an easy lightbulb replacement that they have performed multiple times in the past for free.Don't take your car here!I have had multiple vehicles serviced by them over the years and they fraudulently charged me $15 for a tire rotation they didn't perform and so I started going elsewhere.Decided to give them a chance again and to give my daughter some life experience and they lied to her and said it was a very complex replacement and charged her $56 to replace a headlight lightbulb. And then lied to me multiple times claiming the same thing after I confronted them.A simple search on ******* uncovered that a headlight lightbulb replacement on a 2010 Civic is literally a 3min job (I timed it) and in the past they had always done for free if you bought the lightbulb at the parts counter. This equates to a $1,000/hour labor rate!I don't make $1,000/hour, do?Do yourself a favor and go to ******** or *** Boys instead!
