  I recently got new cards from a Vmax premium collection at target for $59.99. When I was opening the packages I realized one of my cards was damage on the top part. I was really disappointed since it’s a card that I don’t have yet and I’m trying to finish my collection.

  Four dragons Reshiram and Zekrom with fusions that are Black and White ****** all look like a hate group. The Ku Klux Klan is the hate group. Blue or red striped tails and a tipped pointed head with some moves that make them look like theyre doing something highly offensive are some of the many things they have in common with the Ku Klux Klan.I dealt with them and they didnt give me any options. They want to intimidate and mock people who are upset with their offensive designs.

  Couldn't have screwed up more if they tried. Reshiram/Zekrom/White Kyurem/Black Kyurem all resemble the (** KIux KIan) by design. The Ku Klux Klan shouldn't have this much resemblance to any Pokemon, but they do all thanks to Pokemon's carelessness.

  Worst customer service Ive experienced this year. They dont know how to keep track of inventory, they cant provide helpful answers, but they can provide insulting solutions.

  Be careful on ordering card tins. The Pokemon Company is reselling tins but not updating the product descriptions so it gives the customer the impression they are getting older booster packs, when they are really just filled with generic packs. They wiggle out of this by leaving a small disclaimed that packs may vary, but can't be bothered to update the product description. Very misleading and bad business pactice.

  Preordered a game through them to more directly support the game studio. They never once mentioned that the game would not be delivered to my house on release day and there was no option for faster delivery other than 5-9 business days. At the end of the preorder bonus period I grew worried at my game not shipping out and contacted them. Turns out the game isn't shipping until around release day and delivery would be nearly 2 weeks after release day itself. I suggest buying Pokemon from any other company as they would care more about you than this one. Any questions were never directly answered and all information regarding shifting dates were listed elsewhere in the site that I did not see prior to my purchase. Now I get to wait two weeks and I can't cancel and take my business elsewhere without losing the preorder bonus.

  Ignores problems, corrupt, but still in business. Pokemon who look like a members of the ***KLUX KLAN remain unchanged and this fact is ignored.Cant handle criticism and customers are forced to accept what they push out or leave.They managed to mess up an entire pokemon ***************, specifically ********, Zekrom, and two of the three Kyurems.The Ku-Klux Klans hoods and robes are identical to them. This is the biggest fail yet that The Pokemon Company fails to change.Its easy, the *** wears pointy hats topped off with different colors, stripes are located at the robes bottom, and Knight Hawks or Night Hawks wear black and others wear white. TPCi avoids taking on problems because that would cost them money. A multibillion dollar corporation somehow lacks resources but dominates the media. They cut off all communications other than their general support site as corporate hides from customers. This company is ran like a mom and pop shop.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have had the displeasure of contacting.Updating an email address on your account for pokemoncenter.com should be the simplest of tasks.Does not even read inquiries. Sends a generic response email that was irrelevant to the issue at hand.Also refused to acknowledge a security issue that I identified for them on their website.
