      I love the idea of pokemon go and have been playing since 2016. The game is a shell of what it once was. The company has nerfed anything fun about this game and is trying pop up events to draw players back in. I use to hard core play but realized it wasn't worth it any more. People cheat left and right, gyms are always full of same players despite people claiming they don't play when you see it on their phones. Bgl is still a broken muck mess and niantic refuses to fix it. It's a 50% loss rate and that gets old. Too many players just up and leave the battle once they see they loose or you get people mocking for just a battle credit. Trades always go down not up unless it's a lucky trade. Face it niantic players cheat, they use loop holes in the game to exploit it left and right and when we get aggressive players or groups you won't do anything about it. We had a couple harassive players to our neighborhood gym and we had to trespass them to stop harassing neighbors over it. Despite reaching out to you to do something about it.Despite the fact the game encourages travel it is against their rules. I learned the cool down rules for playing honestly without getting strikes.I've learned to wait at least 12 hrs before playing with a long airport to airport jump. I've moved once and got a strike for it and that's not right.Niantic just randomly strikes people without a care and innocent players get caught up in the mess. Each time they change the rules innocent players get caught up in the mess of it. what use to be legal to do or exploit is what gets people later. If players would actually read the **** I Agree clause they'd realize naintic can muck with players more than they realize. If you take a break from the game for more than a couple years yes they can delete your player account for being inactive. If you players harass them online in videos yes they can stirke you. You people need to read the I Agree clause.

      The pokemon company has banned my friend as a result of their discord account being hacked and refuses to try to come to a resolution despite us supporting the franchise for 17 years. This is awful customer support and we will no longer be supporting the pokemon franchise as a result and will be sharing the pain this has caused us with everyone.

      I hate the pokemon vending machines I tried two locations and both machines failed to properly vend my items I waited up to 28 days before filing a fraudulent charge claim with ********** because they never refunded my money. I even tried to call the pokemon company office in ********** and they refused to do anything and told me to call my bank they also completely disregarded the fact that I have proof I was charged when I shouldnt have been and made claims that we were not understanding the situation correctly. The guy we spoke to at pokemon goes by the name ****** and he completely ***** and has horrible customer service skills.

      ?BEWARE of this company?This review is aimed at the company Niantic. With little care and minimal research they stole hundreds of dollars and mass amounts of time from me. Niantic is a very unprofessional company. Niantic support is horrible. The company is horrible. No matter how many times I have tried to get in contact with this company about my issue with pokemon go, they have given no true response or real communication. They rely on technology (which fails often enough) for everything, it seems. I have tried getting every bit of their contact information and I have emailed every email address I can find for them on the internet. This is an auto response company. I have sent emails, videos, and pictures as proof and they auto respond/ignore every attempt I have made to try to correct this issue. I appreciate that they like to think the best of people and human nature but the world is not as nice and forgiving as they seem to think. This company messes up left and right and they assume everyone and everything is perfect. They do not practice what they preach. I do hope that more and more people see the unfair treatment from this company and make the decision to stop dealing with them all together as myself, my family, and many of my friends have done. It would have been simple to listen, hear, understand, and respond to my questions, comments, and concerns but not Niantic. They could care less. They auto respond. Niantic, doesn't care that for many of us out here, this is not just a game but a lifestyle. In conclusion, they have become a trashy company. I have tried contacting them directly but I was left with no other options, which led me to leave this review.We, the people, the game players, need the opportunity to be heard when questions, comments, and concerns come about, not pushed to the side. We are the ones keeping ya'll alive out there. Customers keep companies going, and growing.

      Waited in line in the que for 1 hour just to recieve an error message at the end of it when trying to get into the pokemon center. There have been numerous other problems and I can see why the rating this company has is so low. What's the point of a hobby if it's no longer fun?

      They care nothing about any of their real customers, they will often sell out links to people who will buy them out before loading out the product listing into the website. Their queue can be bypass by bots and those who are real people stay in the queue for over thirty minutes. The queue system does not even work since it refreshes on it own. The system is created to benefit bots and scalpers and never the customer.

      Pokmon is ruining the experience of customers all over the world due to their negligence. Distributors are stealing products and reselling them at 2-4x the ***** Scalpers and Bots make it impossible for normal customers to enjoy the hobby. The Pokmon ******************** is aware of these issues and is doing nothing. Many believe they are apart of this. ******.

      Absolutely un except able Ive been a customer for years.I ordered a product and paid through *******Palpal had my old address on file and didnt notice till after i got the confirmation email.Within minutes i tried to contact them to change the address or cancel the order.The payment had not been even processed yet and they out right refused, claiming that there is no possible way the change the order or cancel.I when I sell products i have to tell customer they have a 3 day right to cancel.
