Friday we dropped out ** off at ViaRV in *******************, we talked and walked the ** with the gentleman ****** and told us what we wanted fixed, signed up for the membership that was 500$ to save on the labor and was given a estimate of $2,400 that was to fix what we asked to be fixed and for a full inspection. On Tuesday we got a text stating they found a water leak and asked if we wanted it fixed. We asked would the estimate be around the same. He stated the estimate would be around the same but some labor hours would be added. He then stated he would send a picture of the new estimate. Nothing was heard and at 4pm on Wednesday we were went the bill of $5,100, meanwhile we didnt approve the work to be done because we were waiting on the estimate to decide. So we got stuck with a bill that was more then double what we were told and was forced to pay it or they would keep the **. Thursday is when we picked it up and no offer was made or explanation other then that more labor was added and by labor hours it went form 8 labor hours to 21we took the ** and went camping that day to only find out that no inspection was done on the engine. Check engine light was still on, ABS break was still lighting up and then for to our destination to be find out Friday morning the ** water issue was not fully fixed, the generator would not run and the slide out system was suddenly damaged. We had to pay 200$ just to get another person to come get us home and fix the slide out. We called and spoke to ViaRV and was told they dont do engine inspections and dont check that stuff. Then they told us we could bring it in but will have to pay for the labor to fix the items that were nor working because we apparently told them to stop the work and they was never said. When we took it Friday they said all was fixed!

Please see attached, the engine related issue is not part of the inspection, we would love to work with the customers for any work we did if not working again.

The orginal estimate is labor only, the parts cost is $1589, we will try to make better communications next time, and we will work with the customer for any issues they have.

Thanks and have a wonderful day!
