No fitting rooms. Must purchase clothes then take home to try on. If they don't fit, clothes can only be exchanged for other clothes, which you must take home to try on, repeating the cycle. What a complete waste of time.

When I was purchasing items at the cash only register, May 18, an employee behind me came up and asked me if I ever received the $10 I left in the change dispenser last time I was in, and did I get a call? I told her I was not aware of this, as I did not get a phone call that day or any other. This was the first time I heard about it. She was sure it was me and that was why she recognized and approached me. She told me to contact **** the supervisor, she reported it to at the time I left the money behind. Since it was Sunday, and **** was not working that day, I phoned ****, May 26 that I would be in tomorrow, at the store, describing the employee and the issue. May 27, I talked to her directly insisting she could not do anything without the receipt from the day I left the money. I in turn said, had I got a phone call from her that day I would have kept the receipt. I became aware of situation for the first time May 18, by the employee. She countered with sorry, no receipt, no refund. She did not apologize for her error of not phoning me, when it was clearly her fault I was not made aware of the loss until May 18th, by the employee. My question and concern is, if a customer leaves behind money in the change dispenser and is not called, who pockets this easy "cash cow" no accountable money? Where is the incentive to call? Suspicious. To top it off, when I tried to log in, at the till to get points for my purchase, my phone number was not accepted as a regular registered customer. Suspicious again, despite the explanation given of why this occurred.

I had a horrible experience here the other day. I am a frequent shopper at this store and I also donate to them whenever I can. An employee named ***** tried to accuse me of reusing an old coupon at the self checkout. I have donated here three times since January so I received multiple coupons from them in exchange for donating. I mixed up the coupons and scanned one I had used already. ***** was downright aggressive and completely unprofessional in our interaction. It was an honest mistake and I told her that. It was only 20% off so to me it was not a big deal but she proceeded to come up behind me to grab the coupon, was making sarcastic comments behind my back and was even sarcastic towards my 3 year old son when we walked out. I never engaged as she tried to taunt me. I paid for my things and walked out. I left feeling so uncomfortable and almost in tears because I went here hoping to just have a nice outing with my little one. I will make it a point to never return here to shop or donate. I cant believe how I was treated. Savers should be more aware of who they are hiring.

The workers and managers do NOT protect the customers at all. I was leaning with my arm on a clothing rack and the one-armed rack pusher for menswear (*********) decided to throw clothing on the rack so violently that I was scratched in the process. He did not say excuse me or sorry. When I reported to the store manager what happened, I was threatened with being banned. THIS IS THE WORST "business" EVER. The workers here STEAL it items and the store manager allows it to happen. They need to shut this place down.

Value village ****** is the worst place you can think of working as an er employee. The managers are so selfish and greedy. They do not care about your schedule very heartless lots. The only thing of how to exploit you by making you do every job with a little pay. After walking for 2weeks they didn't pay me until I raised an alarm and they promised to pay the following week.Don't ever work with them!

Went to buy items, sales representative started taking everything out of the cart, going through every item and removing everything that was under $10, saying they needed to be repriced. The tags were no changed or altered in any way. This is called bait and switch and is ILLEGAL. I walked out of the store and bought nothing, leaving $200 in purchases in my cart. This is the WORST Value Village in the city.

I am writing to complain about a misleading promotion advertised by Value Village. The promotion offers up to 30% off on purchases of $75.00 or more. However, the fine print reveals that the maximum discount available is only $22.50, which contradicts the initial offer of a 30% discount for amounts exceeding $75.00. This effectively caps the discount at less than 30% once the purchase amount surpasses the specified threshold, misleading consumers who expect a consistent discount rate for larger purchases. Such advertising practices are deceptive as they promise a higher discount rate than is actually applied, leading to consumer dissatisfaction and potential trust issues with the company's promotional campaigns. This inconsistency between the advertised offer and the terms detailed in the fine print can be seen as a violation of fair advertising principles.

Manager Numair sohaiv an older persian man harassed me the entire time I was checking out. Each time I scanned an item he would pick it up, push me out of the way and basically accused me of stealing as a paying customer and stood over my shoulder the whole time watching my every move. I have never felt so harassed and disrespected especially being a women. And his coworkers agreed with me that he frequenctly harassed customers doing self check out. Numair sohaiv is not fit to be a manger if this is how he talks to paying customers.

I would like to make some complaints about the Savers Store located in the ************. Among the complaints are: First items frequently found without price and spread across the floor posing an accident risk for customers. Second, products often out of place and improperly organized. Third, several times I have noticed bathrooms extremely dirty for customers to use including bad smell. Finally, the lack of adequate service and for being rude and impolite, especially from the local person responsible, her way of treating customers demonstrates her low quality management and preparation for the position. I always buy from the Savers store in several places, and in my opinion, this one located in ************ does not match the quality of the others.

I was shopping for numerous items. Evidently one of the price tags had either fallen off or was already in the cart. An associate stopped me to ask and I showed her the items I had and they all had tags, so I handed it to her and told her I didn't know where it came from. I continued to shop and accumulated an entire cart full of baby clothes, kids clothes and baby blankets. I noticed the lady that questioned me was following me through the store. I proceeded to check out and the associate at the register seemed to be watching me and then nodded at another associate. She started going through my items and said the prices were wrong. I advised her that is what they were on the shelf and if she disagreed with them than go to the area and check as there were same items with the exact price. Another associate started going through my items, threw them all in the cart and asked me to leave. I asked her what was she accusing me of and she stated nothing, but you need to leave and never return I then proceeded to pay for what I had scanned and she then told me I was not allowed to purchase anything and leave the store. I asked them to walk around the store with me and show me what was in question. She stated enough arguing and leave. I asked for the corporates number and she said she would have to find someone who could provide it. Another lady came up to the front and I asked her for the corporate number and she said you're going to have to wait, while the other associate told me to leave immediately. I noticed several other associates came up to the register and proceeded to go through my items one at a time. I asked yet again what was I being accused of, to which I was told I was not being accused of anything but leave & do not return. I am appauled at this treatment as I, & my entire family have been excellent customers for over 30+ years. Not one time in those 30 yrs have I ever been treated so rudely and with such incredible disrespect. Will never go there again!
