    Ordered $100 worth of items from the business with the code BOGO. Also in the email I was supposed to receive a free gift of their choice with my order, but no free gift was in the shipment. Have reached out to Truffiore via email and received nothing back. I ordered this direct from their website. I only ordered items because of the email and if no response will no longer be a loyal follower of this brand.

    I encounteted this company at a kisok and also a spa on the same mall on 12/19/2023 and 12/20/2023. After a high pressure sales pitch and feeling like I had to make a purchase, I ended up having a reaction to the product that was applied by the sales girl. The next day my husband attempted to return the product, explaining I had a reaction. I was sold a product in a damaged box with the sales girl saying "they never do this, but it is special" for me at a reduced price. (I knew she was lying, I'm not that dumb!) They accused us of damaging it. He was also told that their products are all natural and no one has a reaction. Obviously not true! They refused a refund and gave him a tube of lotion for me to try. I don't think so! Now I'm stuck with a product I can't use and out hundreds of dollars. Their receipt does state no refunds, but you are not made aware of that prior to purchase. I would like a refund and for the business to display VISIBLE signs that say no refund for ANY reason. There is no reason to not issue a refund to a customer who had a reaction from a sample that their sales person applied.

    Please keep in mind that Truffoire products are sold at physical retail location by hundreds of 3rd party entities around the world, and every storefront, salon, spa, medical professional or any authorized reseller of Truffoire products is a privately owned, independently operated business entity. 

    If your purchase was made through a 3rd party retailer you need to contact the specific point of sale where you purchased the good. 

    If you'd like to share your receipt and details about your purchase we can try and reach out to the retailer on your behalf.

    We were on vacation in ****** and unfortunately went into Truffiore. They totally pressured me into purchasing their products.. I am disabled and over 70 so he told me I could cancel the order. I thought about it and on March 1 I called and cancelled they told me my account would be credited.. I never received the products and they charged me ****+ dollars. Finally I kept trying to contact them and the sent the items after I kept telling them I wanted a refund. No resolution they still have my money and I need to know what to do w the products. I want a refund. They sent the products a month ago. That was waiting 4 months. Ridiculous. Can you help me recover my money. Thank you
