    I ordered and paid for 2 paddle boards April 22, 2022 with a guaranteed delivery by June 2022 if ordered before May 1st and paid extra for delivery protection. I received 1 paddle board with a broken paddle on April 27, 2022. I finally received a replacement paddle on June 22, 2022. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the 2nd board with no response. The website is no longer active and the phone numbers are either disconnected or are a recording with no voicemail or alternate contact information. I tried cancelled the order for my second board via a link on the receipt but it didnt do anything. I would simply like a refund for the 2nd board I never received as well as the extra payment for delivery protection since it wasnt delivered.

    On 2/23/22 I placed an order with Origami Paddler for a kayak, with an expected delivery date of 5/2022. Purchase total was $622. I have contacted OP several times for an updated delivery date. On 6/23/22 Origami Paddler informed me they were back ordered on the color kayak I purchased but if I switched my order to pink it would ship within a week. Nothing has shipped. The company made a public statement 7/7/22 that it had cash flow issues and had gone into receivership. I can not get a refund or my kayak. I can not reach anyone at Origami paddler. I disputed the charge with my bank but since its been more than 60 days since the order was placed it was declined. I need help to get my funds returned

    My wife ******* ordered three Origami Paddlers on Saturday, December 25, 2021 (Order#*****) in the amount of $1319.27 which was paid in full at the time of ordering. Even though we ordered three different colors, each paddler ordered provided a delivery date of April 2022. As such my wife attempted to contact the company on May 24, 2022. Their support team responded on June 1st stating that the remaining paddlers were "in shipping". Since that correspondence we have not received anything. The phone number provided for support goes directly to voice mail with no return phone calls, as I tried it several times. On June 27th I emailed their support team, informing them that we have a camping trip in which the paddlers are an integral part of our vacation. I have yet to receive a response. I notified the support team two days ago that I wanted to be contacted regardless of the order status so I could personally discuss my situation and come to a resolution. Moreover, I explained that if I did not receive a response in 48 hours that I would file a complaint with the **************** BBB, which I am doing now. Our camping trip is in two weeks and I feel my family will be completely disappointed and our vacation will be ruined. If there is any way your team could expedite this complaint it would be greatly appreciated, since all we want are out paddlers which were paid for back in December.     I purchased an ***, a handle, a tie-down kit and a cart from Origami Paddler, for a total of $739.85, on March 16. Order # ***** I received all of the accessories on April 10. At that time, shipping for the *** was supposed to occur in May. In early June, I hadnt received it. I contacted Origami about an expected ship date because I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks and was worried about it being delivered (and large and heavy) while I was gone. Their website still had the information about orders in March shipping in May.Heres the response I received on June 9:Your order is confirmed for shipping, we don't have the specific date yet, you should receive an email with tracking once your paddler has shipped out. The most current timeline is available on our website: https://www.origamipaddler.com/pages/timeline and is updated when needed to reflect the most current anticipated shipping timeline.We can ship you a pink, changing it to Pink will get you the paddler within a week or two.We are facing new production delays that were unknown to our support team when we spoke to you about your order previously.I didnt hear anything else from them and when I checked the website in July, the website was under construction. It said (and says today) Pardon our dust. Were making some changes and improvements. Well be back shortly.The accessories I received are useless. I would like to be able to return them and get a full refund. Barring that, I would like a refund for the paddler -- $595.

    I purchased an Origami Paddler online April 19th. The kayak still hasnt been shipped to me even though the company charged my credit card for the full purchase price. I am requesting a full refund.

    I purchased 2 origami paddlers of 2 different colors. Stated that they would be shipped within the next 12 months. My husband got his on time, However when we took it out of the Box one of the hinges immediately broke. I reached out via email to try to get a replacement, I have not heard anything back. I still have yet to receive my turquoise paddler, that I've emailed about several times and I've only gotten one or two replies with generic responses. I'm done with this company and I'm done with waiting for an answer and would like to return this paddler as it has not even been shipped yet. Per one of their emails, they stated that they would send me a notification when the paddler ships and I have not gotten one yet. Their website is currently down so I can't log in and request a refund online. Once again, I'm Having to resort to emailing them about my return and of course the emails are not being returned. At this point I would settle for just a return on my unshipped product. I feel like it's unfair that they have taken my money and not have given me anything in return.
