    ** and **s ***** engaged in deceptive practices throughout the duration of the lease.They change the cost of the roon post signing the lease. They refused to grant a key to the room upon move in.They refused to grant adequate notifixmcation before showing potential residents the room. They created a chat with a person that did not live in the home to bully my son into showing the room whenever they wished.Further her he accused my son of taking a bed that was in their custody.They charged him for parking that was not provided resulting in him being towed because guests parked where he should have been assigned parking. Last they refused to return an additional rent payment post ***** confirming that lost money was paid to them.
