    Ordered 6 items on 11/30/24. Order # ******. Waited two weeks as stated on company website. Never received tracking information and never received any of items ordered. Emailed **** *****, emailed company support team, and requested support on company website. Never received a response from anyone. Today is 12/20/24 and I still have not received any items nor any communication from the company.

    Products were not even shipped out within 2 weeks of ordering. Little to no communication from the vendor. Refunds were confusing, it seems like we were charged twice and refunded once. So technically, never refunded. Buyers beware.

    1 item was delayed from my order, received everything else. Company contacted me in a timely manner stating item was sold out. They gave me several options to compensate, and were very nice and quick to reply. Highly recommend this compny! Great ***************** will be a returning Customer!
