    ***** the sales rep came to my home to look at my windows and gave me a quote. He was very personable and explained about the window product and worked with me. He came out a second time when the snow and ice damaged a gutter. I had planned on doing the rest of the windows but ended up doing my gutters instead. The gutter installers showed me what was wrong in the builder installation of the original gutters and why I had ************ over my back door which I had replace with a window that opens instead of full glass. Eventually when I have the financial means I will replace the rest of the windows.

    Sales pitch was great, install was great. 1 window has an issue this is scheduled to be looked at tomorrow 11/30/22. Depending on how that goes the review remains positivd.

    We had half our windows installed, there was an issue with how our old windows. So they had to come in and repair half of our wall. They did a great job with the repair. The remaining windows were changed out 2 years later, totally satisfied. We also had a new roof and a new door installed. The sales people, the workers/installers were all professional. Cleaned up after each installation. Thank you

    **** was a follow up for a quote we got from another representative. And was so personable and great at answering questions and giving us different options. We didn't feel pressured and felt like we got a straight forward quote. Windows were installed in one day and we will likely use this company for other repairs, roof and possible gutter inspection in the future! The initial sales pitch was long we got a follow up call later and they asked to send out a higher up guy to come out and give us a final quote we felt he communicated a lot better and felt more comfortable and a lot less pressured. Loved that they're local and the windows look GREAT.

    I had all the windows in my house replaced, and a new window added to the kitchen and was amazed at the difference it made this summer! My house stayed so much cooler than last year and I still don't have air conditioning! I didn't miss it during the heat wave! Installation was great, the crew were friendly and courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. They did excellent work and I have no complaints.

    I had 8 windows designed and installed in my home. Harley exterior designed all 8 windows and the windows looks amazing. My house is must quieter now and I love my new windows. I will be using Harley exterior again....Thank you very much Harley exterior!

    My senior parents have been receiving spam phone calls from this company for more than 2 months now. My parents explained they are not interested in their products and offers and that Harley Exteriors should take the phone number off their list. The number they're calling from is four two five-five two seven-zero zero seven seven. They call at least two times every day. Completely unprofessional and annoying.
