  We had five failed windows replaced by Harley Exteriors. the cost was considerable but the windows and the work were exceptionable.

  Replaced single pane windows at my home. Had some issues when they were first installed, but they are fixed now. It was difficult to call the office to complain. I had to call multiple times or leave a message to have them call me back.Sales mentioned windows are built inhouse so it's easy to replace if there are any issues. But when it came, they said a factory build it so replacement takes some time.

  The company is great to work with, and completed a full replacement of our windows, within a fairly tight time frame. We also had a new slider with an integrated doggie door. Everything is tinted to help keep the house cooler. We have been very happy with it.

  Windows were installed on 3/9/2023. When the consultant came we had just recently our house and this was the first home improvement. The man was nice, when talking price he told us that these windows would qualify for the rebate through PSE because of the * factor and that it would be $700 in our pocket, or we could use towards our balance. we were sold! I would have to submit through PSE within 30 days. I looked at website and saw that it was a thing. We signed paperwork and waited for instillation. Cut to after insulation and we cannot get a response, have not seen paperwork. Monday 3/27, I called to try to get a copy of the paperwork. No answer so I left messages in multiple different departments, since I was not sure who to talk to. No call back so next day, I did the same thing, then next, finally someone picked up and told me they got a new phone system and that someone would contact me. I told them I am on a deadline 30 from insulation to get the rebate, she said she would send me paperwork through her email. However, when I received, I find that I do not have the prices needed for each window, and only 2 of the 6 windows of the windows qualify for the rebate and the door doesn't have u factor. I purchased these windows because I was told they had the * factor for rebate, and I was under impression that all would be the same. They sold us one type of window. The salesman said they would all qualify. So now I am upset and feel so swindled. Not that we wouldn't have considered the windows, but we were lied to. When I try to call again, no answer. I go on website and use that route. The woman who called said that they were just so set up appointments for sales. I told them I just need someone to call but I have been calling 10+ a day since Monday. She emailed someone. No response. I do same thing Thursday; this time ask for a manger. No response. Now it is Friday. Deadline approaching. Still no response, and now the customer service line is not working either.

  They installed new windows throughout the house and a new security front door.All work was done excellent and all are keeping the cold air out and the heat in.

  The windows are nice and the installer was wonderful. I have requested several times to get a detailed invoice with no results. We were promised three discounts but the price is so much higher than it should be. I have no way of seeing our final bill or to see that we did get any discounts. I have called several times and sent emails with no response. Shouldn't we be able to see the details of this very expensive transaction?

  Just copy and paste your review to save time! Harley Exteriors did a great job with the install. They install team was very quick and clean. They installed the windows within a couple hours, cleaned up after themselves. Now we are enjoying great quality windows!

  The windows look amazing and definitely add to the street appeal. The salesman went over all the options and made the purchase was easy. Financing was just as easy! Install team was on time and were super nice. Replacing the one window that was damaged was easy to schedule. The replacement company was great to work with. They arrived on time and worked quickly. We have already noticed a difference in maintaining a constant temperature and no more drafts. Great company to work with!!!

  We chose Harley to replace all the old windows in our house with all new good looking double pane windows. They gave us a really informational free estimation and pretty soon after that came over to install the windows. It only took them 1 day to install all of the windows including a great afterwards clean up! Recommend them if you want some good service and windows!
