    We have worked with Harley Exteriors three times for window projects. Each time has been great! Great service, good sales process, knowledgeable people. The installations were always straightforward and easy to schedule. I recommend working with them!

    The gentlemen who installed my windows were incredibly professional, friendly, and did an excellent job! They curtained off each window and removed the old windows and any debris leaving a clean area with beautiful windows. I would highly recommend Harley Exteriors!

    After leaving numerous call from 5/19-23/ 2025, ***** at Harley Exteriors finally returned a call to me about my project that I wanted cancel. I was inform by ***** that he never received any voice mails that I left for him, and he never received the cancellation I had sent to him, and never received the email that I had sent. When I told him that I was canceling the project. He told me it was too late because the paperwork was went to the finance office and it would cost me half the price of the project to cancel, even thought nobody has been out to finalized the measurements, and i was told that they were running late, into July before they would get to my project. I told ***** i wasn't doing the project. He informed the lawyers would be talking to me.

    My experience with Harley Exteriors was great. There bid for a new patio door with a doggie door was quite a bit lower than other bids. The door was installed in a timely manner and looks great.

    We feel we made the right decision choosing Harley. Very pleased with the results and the look of our new gutters. Install team was quick and clean. They did however forget to install facia boards that were recommended for the 6" gutter. Our *** was quick to inspect and confirm this did not lower the quality of install and gladly refunded us on that portion of the job. We are happy with the outcome.

    Everyone I interacted with throughout this process was professional and knowledgeable. The windows were installed very quickly as well. If you're looking to have windows installed, you've come to the right place. 100% would recommend. Thanks for the great experience Harley Exteriors!

    The Harley exteriors crew arrived on time and got started quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with their efforts to keep work dust from spreading throughout the house. Cleanup was extensive and complete.

    Whoever the h*** just called me at 11:58AM PST from 425-560-03eightfour just ruined any chance of me ever considering you in the future. I guarantee management will want to listen to the call if you record the calls. She was extremely rude and didnt even consider asking my circumstances when I was answering the canned questions honestly and she copped an attitude about the answers. The last person who called, I told them it wasnt a good time and they said okay and proceeded to shove the canned sales pitch down my throat. This lady topped anyone whos ever called with the attitude, rudeness, and disregard. Im a super reasonable person and did phone sales appointment scheduling for 8 years. I wasnt even rude to her. Do you really allow your staff to treat prospects like this or is she violating your company values, training, and professional expectations?
