    The installation occurred soon after signing the contract. The installation was quick and problem free. I look forward to years of leaf free gutters!

    We used Harley Exteriors to replace an old sliding glass door that had gotten into a bad state and was sticking. They made the whole process of replacing it quick and painless. The new door is clearly a much higher quality than the old one, and we're still very pleased each time that we use it.

    It was all done (9 windows) in 1 day which is great! I did have a hard time communicating it the workers though. English was not their language.

    I signed a contract for window replacements for my home To qualify for discounts they offered to me to sign that day I was asked for a deposit. I placed $5000 on a credit card to satisfy that request. This took place the afternoon of Sat 11/2/24 before therep. left I requestedcopies of all documents signed and related to the contract. He left a bundle of pink, triplicate carbon copies of what I signed in addition to the 3 day "cooling off" agreement. After he left I discovered on review the documents he left could not be read... the third copy of triplcate forms is very difficult to read. I texted him immediately and requested "clean" printed version of the agreement in addition to an itemized list of each window and/or door with unit costs for each line item. The following Tuesday 11/4 I got copies and financial documents to qualify for special "no down, no interest " for 12 months .reviewing those documents i discovered two errors in the documents.1. A color selection for one door was incorrect.2. The finance documents stated that interest would accrue daily and be added to the principal balance during the 12 month promotional period. I then requested the error in the contract be corrected and new finance documents be issued without the accrual of interest clause.I finally got corrected documents later that week, Thursday but Harley was holding me to the original contract from 11/2 and would not re issue a new " 3 day cooling off" document. and that original document would be considered legal and binding they also threatened legal acction for recovery of the value of "liquidated assets" at 50% of the value of the contract. While I determined the products they manufacture and install to be very high quality, I concluded from this experience that their business practices to be of low quality

    We scheduled a visit. Harley insisted all "decision makers" be present for a 60 to 90 minute meeting. They repeated that "***** minutes" several times. In reality, the meeting went more than 2-1/2 hours, even though my wife had to leave for work at the 2-hour ***** The technical information he presented was semi-useful, but included a lot of overbearing sales tactics bordering on the sleazy. And even after 2-1/2 hours he had given us zero information about cost, other than he thought he could get us a "special deal," but he'd have to come back after "talking to the boss." We made an appointment, but after considering the hard-sell experience I called the company to cancel the appointment and request just to have a written quote mailed--not another visit. They said "we have no way to do that." No way to send a written quote? What kind of a business is this? I believe all the reviews that praise the quality of their work, but I am not OK with the hard-sell tactics and evasion about pricing.

    The sales folks are horrible with calling me day after day and being extremely pushy and no respect for the customers time. I have repeatedly told the sales guys to not call me as I am not interested but I keep getting calls every few days and its very annoying and frustrating. I don't know how to stop them but I feel that this is the best course of action to review this so that they would stop calling me,

    I was praying that the windows would make my home warmer after installation. I still have four windows left to complete and yet the house is so much warmer. I can't wait till the winter comes to see if it makes a difference then too. It knocked Friday's temperature of 97 degrees right out the ball park. Inside the house I could not believe the temperature was that high. Simply wonderful.
