  I would like to thank Harley Exteriors for the excellent job they did for my wife and I. We had 13 windows replaced and it went flawless. My project manager ***************** was amazing. She was there for us through the whole process. The sales representatives ** and ***** were great as well. Thank you Harley Exteriors!

  Just had our windows replaced by Harley Exteriors and they did a wonderful job. The new windows have really helped with cooling costs over the last couple of months and the noise from the road and the Naval jets is very much reduced. The crew that did the work was easy to work with and they did a thorough job. My husband and I look at each other at least once a week and just say, "Worth every *****."

  Had sliding glass doors replaced with French doors. The crew that came to install the doors was top-notch. Efficient and did such beautiful work. They also trimmed out the doors (exterior and interior) after the installation and the work is beautiful. Totally enjoying my new doors. Thank you!!

  We were pleased, start to finish, with our experience with Harley Exteriors! From the nice gentleman that came to do our estimate, to the professional installation, and the product itself. The installers took time to put up plastic to close off the area from dust and dirt, and got the door installed in record time. The slider itself is a wonderful upgrade for us. Over the hot summer no heat came through that glass into our home! The added bonus of the dog door is wonderful for allowing our dogs to come and go from the back yard. I couldn't recommend this company more!

  They told me I had 3 days to cancel but when I did it told me it wasnt on time because of posting. Now they took my money and wont refund me or let me speak with the manager In my opinion are fraud and thieves

  Harley responded to our inquiry in a timely manner, worked within our budget to provide us with replacement windows that are of excellent quality and construction. They are a local business, which appealed to us. The windows were done ahead of time, and installed in one day. The crew was efficient and left my house clean.

  Harley Exteriors charged my credit card and ran my credit for a purchase after signing and dating my contract cancellation form 8 days prior. Make sure that any transactions you make with Harley are on credit card as without the ability to have the credit card company fight for you, they will just take your money and run.

  Excellent product and install crew. Very polite, respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. Also a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. We have recommended Harley Exteriors to many of our inquiring neighbors and we are happy to provide this excellent review!

  Windows installed on 7/25/23. There were some issues like windows opening the wrong way. Took a few days for them to come back to fix ****. But that was expected. I was told by them about a PSE window rebate. While getting our windows, we were doing a remodel to our house. I misplaced our contract and invoice. To qualify for the rebate, you would need to show proof. I wanted to call them for a copy of my contract/invoice. After 1wk of window installation, I reached out, left msg. No response, waited next week, called/left msg. 3wks in a row. Called and left msg (with numerous people - customer service, service, etc) Emailed the finance mgr and admin emails, I was provided during one call. No response, followed up with an email 3 business days later. No response. Called and left msg with Project mgr. Window quality was good. That is why 2 stars but no communication after their completion of your windows installed, not cool. It would be 0 stars. Looks like Ill be missing out on a window rebate because you need to get the application completed within 30 days of installation. Disappointing.
