  After the installed windows over a year ago, still waiting for the window to be realigned and no window sill were not put in. Now to current date, we keep getting the run around on scheduling to come back out.

  I've very happy with everything with Harley. Initial sales contact, notifications, installation, and the final product. I had 2:3 of my windows redone which is 16. No more heat coming thru the windows, easy open/close, a few of the windows can now BE opened! Even with heat outside, the house is staying cooler now. Couldn't be happier!!

  After having a signed contract for an agreed monthly payment, they ignore our phone calls, emails and any correspondence for 3 months trying to find out how to pay and to get our screens fixed that they installed ripped. We finally get a phone call back about a week ago from a rude lady telling me our contract is void and in default because they switched finance companies and now we owe the entire balance in full right now. I'm sorry that's not how it works, I also explained to her we have a signed contract when they installed the windows as well. Every day since she has called my husband or myself regarding this and states their finance company denied their loan and they want us to agree upon $500 a month or 4 payments of 2k. They are harassing my husband and I daily now when all we want is to pay the agreed contract signed amount. We aren't trying to avoid payment but we can't afford anymore than what we signed up for or else we would of never signed the agreement or had the windows installed. They don't follow your contract and harass you to no end. Avoid this business and their shady dealings.

  We got a few quotes and while pricing was similar, we chose Harley Exteriors because they are a locally based company and offered a product manufactured locally as well. We felt that the sales team and the office team worked together well to deliver what we wanted. The result is a beautiful set of patio doors installed by local installers. We enjoy our new doors everyday: really feels good to have this project done. We are happy we chose Harley.

  Harley did a fast and efficient job. They cleaned up and had me do an inspection with them to ensure the job met my expectations. The crew was great and windows are beautiful.

  The installers arrived in the first 30 minutes of their 2 hour arrival window and got to work right away. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our home. We had two giant custom windows, two sliding windows, and a sliding glass door with a dog door installed. They were done within 5 hours. When we told our families, they were suprised thinking it would be a multi-day install. They had us double check everything was to our liking before heading out and we were in love. We are so happy to have new, safer, more efficient windows and back door (which our dog loves)!

  We loved the whole experience from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and windows fit perfectly, and we can already feel the difference with our house staying cooler in the bit of heat we have had.

  To all people out there, elderly, fellow Veterans. Harley Exteriors Inc. agreed and promised me big picture view window, top of the line thickness, all four sides tinted, but all of that was a lie. This company is tricky and deceitful. I paid for better quality and expected the product I wanted for the price I agree to pay for but this people can't even call. They'll send the installers with out heads up and install the windows. When i called and asked why I have a six sectioned window instead of what I've requested, the project manager says "We cannot give you the window you want because your window is too big." Never trust this company. They will give you great speech to capture your trust so you will replace your windows through them. My big picture window is now six sectioned but they promised a big picture view. All six windows I paid for are slightly tinted but they tricked me by showing me their pretty, very thick, all foursides tinted sample. I been calling them for a while now and I can't get a hold of anyone over the phone and when I leave a messages every time I call, no one returns a call. Please don't trust this company for your hard earned money.
