    I took my car in because it would not start. They replaced my starter , picked it up and the same day it wouldnt start again. Took it back after the weekend and they replaced a new part and wouldnt put my old starter back on insisting that it was bad but the same problem is happening . They also claim they didnt have my old starter. After replacing the starter and the crank shaft position sensor it still is doing the same thing g only starting intermittently. They are giving me the run around wont refund me or give me my old parts so I could get a second opinion they charged me a diagnostic fee as well and what they are doing is not fixing my car . I also had to have it towed back to them since it wouldnt start after supposedly fixing it . The shop ****** also refused to let me talk to the owner and stated to me if I came to the shop they would have me arrested

    Was an intermittent concern, vehicle has two issues. A faulty starter (verified) and an intermittent failing starter relay (damaged by excessive current draw from starter but unable to verify) Customer wanted relay replaced regardless of verify if part was faulty. The crank sensor connector was broken by vehicle owner trying to replace themselves and failed (we installed free of labor charge). ************* had a "core" charge and was picked up by parts vendor. Customer threaten to stand in front of shop and "tell every customer how bad we were". Shop ******* stated that we would call police if she acted upon threat.

    4/7/23 Top Performance repaired my car they replaced my serpentine belt. I paid the invoice on 4/10/23. The belt broke again 8/27/2023, and diagnosed by Top Performance today 8/28/2023. The invoice has a 24 month warranty guarantee written into the contract. Today I was told by the service manager *****, and ****, the owner that they wouldnt guarantee the warranty. There was never any agreement to void warranty. Im including pictures of the work order, Ive also including a zoomed in picture of their warranty.
