      Firstly the consultation was exorbitantly more expensive than advertised. They Do not communicate effectively and everything is on an inconsistent basis. Hormone treatment is serious and this was a roller coaster of h*** The business is extremely disorganized and shipments of testosterone would arrive sporadically leaving a monthly hormonal imbalance. Finally, I ordered My last round of medication and was told I DIDNT need a blood draw, was charged for the medication $200+. I never received that round of testosterone and weeks later I called asking, and they said the delay was because I needed a blood draw. No one reached out in that multiple week. I was fed up with so-called retail medicine, I requested a full refund. Instead of a refund they charged me again for a cycle. I requested a refund 3+ months ago and My refund was approved in February. Dr ** I am at the point of contacting the police. Everyone, Go to a naturopath. Avoid this place at all costs. They do have an extremely kind staff but they are in the dark about anything administrative. It appears to be ran by one person maybe two, and they are clearly only in it for money, regardless of who they hurt. This place is an abomination even for American healthcare standards. In hindsight I would have visited a naturopath instead of house call doctors/ inua med spa. A new patient will leave their first appointment spending no less than $500, guaranteed with nothing in hand. If they would have just been transparent and had a better system this never would have happened and I would still be a customer. Take my word for it, do not use the service and if you do, record everything and be an advocate for yourself. Only use a third party phlebotomist to avoid paying the highest premium for a blood draw you will ever see. I am on a mission to spread the word and advocate for myself, this is wrong and they deserve to be punished. I cannot be the first person this has happened to. Did anyone else experience this?
