For a Father's Day gift, I ordered a vinyl figure that resembles my husband and includes his name on the box. Unfortunately, I received someone else's order. I have tried to contact Funko on their website, but they do not have a phone number or a live representative with whom I can chat. They have AI only. I filed a case with AI, but have not heard anything from a representative of the company. I ordered 2 Astro Bot Toy action figures from ************************** website. I placed my order December 17, 2024. It was a pre-order and was supposed to ship in May, 30 2025. Im having a problem with an order and how it was handled plus the lack of communication from customer service, my order number is ******** and I am requesting a follow up. This order only had 2 pop ***************** of the pops, the representative put in a replacement but I explained that the address on file does not work. And that it would either have to be somewhere else or more preferably a refund. On Sunday June 8 I was trying to place an order with Funko. They were having a large sale and it was the last day. I had an order set up of around $140.00.. I spent over 2 hours trying to get their website to work i tried everything imaginable website, app, ******, Apple Pay and different credit cards. It kept saying it couldnt place my order. I went to contact them through Chat. They told me they had no phone number to call! Gave me a case number and of course I knew they wouldnt get back to me in time to get the sale prices. Well they NEVER got back to me. I have filled out their email form numerous times. Its obvious they dont care about their customers. The last time I was trying to order, it wiped out my cart saying I had already **********! I feel they should not be in business to treat customers this wayInitial Complaint

I ordered a custom Funko Pop! from them on 04/28/2025. As part of the order, I was supposed to get Funko UV Premium Pop! Protector. Upon receiving and inspecting the order, I saw that the Funko UV Premium Pop! Protector was missing. I went back to their website and tried to get in touch, but they have no phone number or email address, so the only way to contact is through an AI chat bot. I tried it for a few days, and always got a response that no human agent is available. Eventually the bot created a case for me. I waited for a day, but no one followed up, so I reached out through chat again, because there is no way to track your case in their website. The bot created another case and still refused to connect me to a human. A week went by and still no one reached out to me. So, I tried getting connected to a human again, but of course, no one is available and there is no way to track the previous case numbers, so the bot created another case. It is absolutely impossible to resolve any order issues with Funko.Initial Complaint

I ordered a custom pop funko for a friend as a gift. When I received the Funko the accessory dog pieces were floating in the box and one of the dog pieces were broken. Also the quality of the character wasnt great, there is a black scuff on the character, a white paint chip missing from the black in the eye and the torso piece are not pushed down all the way. For paying nearly 60$ for this custom toy I am beyond disappointed. I have tried to reach them twice but have received no feed back and no confirmation email that they even received the complaint. I have purchased and acquired hundreds of Non-Fungible tokens from this company that is additionally associated with Funko Headquarters CEO ******* ******** in ******* **. Basically these are digital representations of the popular vinyl collectibles. In October of 2024 I moved my residence from ******* to *******. Although I swear I updated my account email with ********* I can no longer access my digital account as my email has changed and I no longer have access to that email as it was controlled by my old cable company. I must have failed to do so. I have had numerous conversations with **** in support about rectifying this situation however even though I have the correct log in I cannot verify my account as they verify though the old email. My digital wallet address with the company is i3zwpy.dp my old email was ****************************** I transferred most of my inventory from gkz.e.c.wam at **************** . in addition I have purchased inventory directly from the company using credit cards debit cards they have my phone number my old mailing address and all this information and refuse to do one simple thing. All I require is updating my e-mail address. The last communication from **** in Support is there is no way of verifying me as the owner of the email. I did a preorder back in December 2024, with estimated shipping date starting May 29, 2025. I moved to a new address since then, so I contacted Funko to get my shipping address updated. I was told it is not possible and only solution is to figure it out myself with courier once I have a tracking number.IMHO, this does not seem to be an acceptable answer for a company as big as Funko. Order will not ship for another 2 months. Why they dont want to support this basic user need as any other shop out there?Initial Complaint

Funko released the shipment to ************* An employee(s) kept my package, created a fraudulent copy of the shipping label w/ tracking number, attached it to someone else's package they picked up, and sent it through the mail system. I received a ladies return for child clothing and the thief(s) got away with my order. I message Funko Customer Support request a reshipment or refund of my money; haven't heard back. Filed an official police report with ******* PD and the package of clothing was shipped back to the return address 14 days later so the other lady wasn't out any money. Just me and none of what I ordered. Everything has gone to c*** since they relocated to **********. The ************ is improperly management and no one is held accountable for missing/stolen mail. I ordered a Indominus *** funko pop from this company on 2/23/2025 order number ********. It was shipped but the tracking hasn't updated since 2/25/2025 so I tried contacting Funko but they have not answered any of my emails. I also ordered another funko pop on 2/23/2025 order #******** that also shipped but there are no updates in tracking and again Funko will not reply to my emails. Both of these orders cost me about $100.00 and I would like a refund on both because it seems they got lost in shipping. Funko needs to at least respond to my email to help me resolve this issue but the fact that they haven't is bad business.
