      Purchased from loungefly, which is owned by funko. Never received the product, its clearly lost in the mail and they have ignored all attempts to rectify the situation.

      Ordered a Funko Pop Yourself for my Dads Birthday. I was never sent a confirmation email with my order but was charged for what I ordered. So, since I dont have the order number I cant look up my order. There is no way to contact them except to send a message. I have sent 3 with the same, well get back to you in 72 hrs message. Not one of the messages has been responded to. I either want my order or to be refunded. The only way they would be able to get in touch with me is by my email, because I have no order number. Ive ready tons of reviews about the same thing happening to other people and worse. Im extremely disappointed in this companys customer support. Even if you try to contact the main store, it sends you a message telling you their hours. Something special for my dad had turned into a nightmare.******* *****

      This company runs a scam with Droppp for ****. They claim you can get a physical product with special tokens but then put a time limit on when you can redeem without telling you. They are hoping you dont make the request in time to deny you the product so they can resell it later. Dont ever buy from this company! There is a reason the original owners of the company left the sinking ship.

      I ordered a **** ********* Funko doll from ******************************* said they will not ship until November 1st 2024. after 2 weeks with no ship notification I sent a message to customer supprt. they informed me that now they will not ship until May of 2025. when I said to cancel my order because they had false advertising and did not want to wait that long they said all sales are final and no returns or cancelations. TOTAL SCAM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. will never buy another ********************** pop ever . THEY ARE JUST OUT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF AND SAY OH WELL SORRY NO RETURNS . wish I could give 0 stars they dont deserve anything

      First time ordering, and I feel like they lost my package in the process and found it somewhere as it was in the same location for a week. When I received the items. My package arrived after 2 weeks, and the shipping box was damaged and looked to be retaped but yet opened. The items and the box smelled like manure or f**** of some sort. And as of today. It still stinks. And haven't heard anything from anyone for a week already.

      I shouldve known better. Any company that floods Instagram with ads is in the **** **** phase of running a business. I tried to place an order and I got an error. Something outside of this happened and I decided I would figure out the issue later. I checked my email for another matter and was shocked to see the order was placed. The problem is the address was incorrect. Ive been trying to contact customer service for the past 5 days via email, and DMs on social network platforms. No customer service help. Never again.

      First off their customer service number doesnt work at all just has a message on a loop. Second their email support is a joke and doesnt respond. I recently had a minor issue with them over an item they cancelled on my order. So I emailed them that same day asking why is this item cancelled if on your website it says its still in stock I sent them time stamped pictures and also I redeemed 3000 reward point to get $15 off my order but when they cancelled one of my items my discount went from $15 to $12.93. I tried emailing them several times over this issue but they rather ignore and steal from their customers absolutely unprofessional

      I love Loungefly bags, but ordering directly has been a frustrating experience. I placed an order on September 17, and despite reaching out multiple times due to missing tracking, I only received part of my order. The second bag, which I had been assured was reshipped, eventually sold out before it was sent, and I was only refunded after I followed up again. This experience has left me disappointed in their customer service. In the future, Ill be ordering through authorized retailers instead, as they seem to offer a more reliable process.
