CDWA is a very rude company as they avoid to resolve the obvious. My sister is the Legal Guardian of the client whom is another sister making her a live-in manager due to our mom passing, so she moved the client into her home and them representatives will not acknowledge it. Even face to face they will not exempt the live-in and even after showing them the law. CDWA in my opinion breached their multi-million dallor contract with DSHS.PRAYING FOR JUSTICE TO BE SERVED.

They take almost half of the money that DSHS pays. That is fraudulent. I was led to believe that the pay was over $35 and hour. I get $20!! That is one fat government contract. Also, they tell me that the **** mandatory training doesn't exist. So I have to take 12 hours of CE a year without compensation. They are unresponsive. You can't call them and emails are often not responded to.Is there an alternative to working through ****?Investigate!!negative 5 stars.

They should not have the contract everything is online. I am told I have paperwork that needs done but then I cany find it or it is hard to navigate the program it is very confusing my new client has been waiting for 7 weeks for me to be done with the hiring steps and is done waiting so now I am going to be without a job and it's this company's fault they should have to pay for all the time I put in completing their steps me or something this is downright neglect on their part.I am not sure who to contact about this, but someone needs to investigate them. I know aim not the only one that has had trouble with them.

This company needs to be investigated. They are stealing money from workers because of their policies.

I have been a caregiver in the state of Washington since 2015. When I switched clients recently, Consumer Direct tried to tell me that I needed to do my basic 70 hours of training. It took two and a half weeks to get the issue resolved, but still can't clock in and out in the app for the new client yet. I don't recommend working for this company.

Horrible company. They do not care about the safety of their clients and only about the money the clients bring in. They will leave a client at risk and take their time to do the least. Horrible personal communications. I can't say anything nice about this company. They treat their caregivers like c*** It is a complete joke.
