  Angus was super helpful and understanding. He pointed me in the right direction for a pair of nice shoes for my 15 year old daughter who wears a size 16 womens.

  FantasiaWear is FANTASTICO! The YWCA of Hawaii Island hosts an annual Walk A Mile In Her Shoes event and we have over a hundred men marching in women heels and it is extremely difficult finding heels in sizes 14 and up! Until we found FantansiWear who has been able to fulfill all our shoe needs for years. They have a wide selection of shoes in assorted styles, heights, and extra-large sizes, which I have not found anywhere else. They have a massive selection of outfits and accessories to pair with your shoes. Everything is of excellent quality, and we are very happy with their products. They are a one stop shop!
  
  I also want to give a huge shout out to the staff. They are professional, friendly, easy to work with and willing to go above and beyond in helping customers! Shipping anything to Hawaii is ridiculously expensive and the staff at FantasiaWear have done everything possible to help reduce the shipping cost, what companies offer customers that level of support . . . FantasiaWear DOES!

  This company has, without a doubt, the most incredible customer service and follow up I have EVER experienced online. Quick storyIm in a production of Young Frankenstein playing the role of the Monster, The shoes the theater provided were too small. I first purchased (FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY) a pair of shoes that were marked larger but were, in fact not! All of a sudden Im in a panic because the show opens in a week. At 11:00 pm eastern time, I place an order with FantasiaWear. I read the fine print disclaimer and responded to the email address given telling them my deadline and situation. At about 11:30 pm I get a call from ***** who manages this company (located in *******. **). He called to let me know that the exact shoes I ordered were not in his stock and may not be available from the manufacturer. [The fact that their website said they had the shoes I needed when in fact they did not is the only negative thing I have to say but the rest of the story far outweighs this and does not effect my 5 star rating.] I discussed my situation with Angus who gave me a few options and then offered to call the manufacturer and personally expedite the order. He was very clear and transparent and made no promises for things out of his control. He promised to call me the next day which HE DID!! The reality was that the shoes I ordered would not be available in time for the show. Angus, however, had identified an alternative pair of shows that could work. Upon my approval he began the process of expediting and flagging them in hopes of getting them across the country in time. No promises. As of this writing they are not yet here but regardless, I have to commend Angus and his entire team for all they have done. Whether this works out or not, the show will go on. So, if you want to do business with a group that genuinely cares, ORDER FROM FANTASIAWEAR!! (But remember to read the fine print and respond to their email with your deadline!). THANKS AGAIN TO ANGUS AND HIS TEAM!

  Their goods are excellent quality and the customer service is great! They even called to consult about sizes and their advice was spot on! No problem with shipping and everything was received in a timely manner. Would definitely buy from again!

  Absolutely amazing customer service. They let me know, quickly after I placed the order, that an item was out of stock. They apologized, and offered similar products. Even went out of their way to tell me about a great deal! Shipping was insanely fast and the items I received were of a good quality. Ill definitely be ordering from this shop again!

  The company is incredible. They went above and beyond to get me a gorgeous, high quality product. It was delivered fast and intentionally sped up to help me get it on time. They worked tirelessly over the phone to meet my needs and were all around the best customer service experience I've ever had.
