  The boots ordered for my wife were no longer in stock. I received not one but three phone calls apologizing about no longer having this style in stock and wanting to fix this. For almost 30 minutes the rep was discussing other options. Appreciate the customer service and extra effort to make my experience as positive as possible.

  ********** Im so impressed with this business! Great product quality at a reasonable price point. Ordering on line was easy with a prompt email of confirmation and with shipping. My items arrived quicker than expected by two items were too small so I followed the return process information on their website. This required calling the business for a RA#. I called before business hours but was able to leave my information for a call back at their convenience. I got a return call shortly after the business opened. The customer service was excellent! This kind of friendly service is rare in todays online marketing environment. The company representative confirmed the return/exchange process and noted my order of the pending exchange during the call. My order was noted again two days after mailing my items back letting me know they had received my return and shipped out my replacement items on the same day. A few hours after getting the email update the company called me with the same excellent customer service as before indicating that my initial contact wasnt a fluke. I will certainly do more business with this company in the future and recommend them to all my family/friends looking for the same kind of products.

  So this company is awesome!!! I ordered some swim suits from them to get a phone call and email 2 days later saying that they were sold out of one. No big deal. The girl emailed me back and forth getting me the right sizes for the bottoms and tops on another suit. These ppl go way out of their way to make sure you get what you want and or need with out a fuss. One thousand percent total amazing customer service. I will deffiently be using them again in the future

  "Never have I ever' had such delightful and responsive customer service. My beautiful new pumps were too small and I'm not sure whether to opt for one size or two sizes up for the pumps as well as a pair of ballet flats I have been eyeing. ***** had creative ideas for the exchange that will save me money. We also had some good laughs over the phone. What a great experience! You will love dealing with this company.

  I have never had such care given while trying to purchase shoes. I was in a shoemergency, and I got a call right away to make sure that not only did they have something that would work, but also making sure it was expedited so that I would have them in time!   Im in love with the quality of the boots from the FantasiaWear. The bottom part of the heels is very sturdy. No matter how tall it is, I always balance well on it..even running on is totally fine. I highly recommend the Fantasia Wear and this will always be my favorite to shop.

  Let me tell you a story,I decided, after October had already begun, that I was going to Cross-Play as a character who had only debuted a month prior. I needed a lot of women's clothes cut for a relatively in shape man on a short timeline. If you don't know why this is difficult, most XL+ clothing is cut for people with additional padding, meaning that it hangs strangely on a thinner frame. Most important to this story is a pair of leather thigh high stiletto boots. With less than a week to go, I located FantasiaWear as one of the few places to get Size 13 boots like that for a reasonable price and timeline. Here's the part you actually care about: I contacted them to ensure delivery was possible, and not only was it quite quick, it was quick enough that upon receiving my boots and realizing that the Men's Conversion given by the internet wasn't lining up, was able to order a second pair of boots of the proper size. Customer support was extremely cooperative, and helped me treat this as an exchange (standard procedure is return the item first then get the replacement, but that wouldn't have worked in time for Halloween), getting the full price of the original order refunded, and not as store credit. Furthermore, they were extremely polite and cooperative with me even as issues with email servers (as well as me not noticing a confirmation from Paypal since I was only looking for direct contact) caused communication to be unnecessarily difficult. Even as the aforementioned factors prolonged the process to about a month, they continued to be helpful and polite as I checked in about information they had already sent to me and I just wasn't receiving.In summary, they were helpful at ********** of my order beyond what one might normally expect, helped me bend policy in order to make sure that my needs were met, provided uncommon merchandise at a good price and time, and were very patient even as external factors complicated the process. I will use their service again.
