      Thank you for a great customer experience. I called to check on my order and received it two days later. I also appreciate ******* Wear carrying items I look for that are no longer carried by some sites. I appreciate the produce and the customer service. You can talk to a live person that is courteous and that you can understand, which is no longer common. Keep up the great work and I will definitely order again.

      This is the only place left to order large size shoes for my 64 Dau. Ordered 4 pair - have only received 1 pair of boots that we ??????able to call and speak to a Person (more than once!!!!) personable - explained delay due to back order! Thank you for a REAL company without automated impersonal services!!Will order again once I receive the original order?

      Excellent customer service. You can call and speak to a live person who responds quickly and courteously to make the sale right. Read the return/exchange policy. Its all spelled out. Called to get my return authorization and shipped the returns. Great selection of extended sizes in footwear. Will be shopping here again.

      I ordered 2 pairs of shoes last minute that I desperately needed for a show that was less than 2 weeks away during Covid. I read the fine print and contacted customer service. After explaining my situation and letting the man know I was contacting them personally to let them know of my situation he thoroughly explained to me that the shoes were in stock with one of their most popular vendors. He explained the typical ship times and that there could possibly be delays but he was happy to do whatever he could to try and get the shoes to me. He thanked me or reading the fine print on the order confirmation email and for contacting them personally. He let me know upfront that there was a possibility the shoes may not come in time but there was a good chance they might. I work in fulfillment and eCommerce so I understood exactly what he was telling me. I was very impressed at how thorough he was, his honesty and his professionalism and ended our call feeling very optimistic. A lady was supposed to follow up with me 3 days later which did not happen. I reached out and left a message which was returned the following day. Unfortunately in the end I did not receive my shoes in time. I still give them 4 stars because of the excellent job the first man I spoke with did in assisting me with paying a rush charge to try and get the shoes. The followup as I said was less than desired. Me not getting the shoes I honestly blame on myself. Listen folks, it is unrealistic in this day and time with covid and supply chain issues to blame any vendor for not being able to deliver based on what they could deliver pre-covid. I feel FantasiaWear is very clear when you read the disclosures on the site and in your order confirmations on what they can and cannot do. It is unfair to expect them to work miracles because you waited too long to place an order. They do what they can and the rest is up to fate. I would order from them again because they sell a great product at a great price.

      I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY DONT GUARANTEE SHIPMENTS AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE **** IF YOUR UNHAPPY WITH IT. THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY CHARGE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE! OUTLANDISH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      We usually have most items in stock, but during this Covid
      pandemic aftermath it is sometimes a challenge to get products from our
      factories in a timely manner. Sometimes factories have a temporary shortage of
      workers and/or supply chain issues. This info is shared with our customers both
      on the website and in their confirmation emails. She left 2 voice mails for us
      about an order. We had NO order under her name and she left NO order
      number.  We tried to return her calls six times over the next few days, but
      her voice mail was always full.



      We did finally talk with her, and found out she was calling
      about an order under someone else's name. During that same call, she chose a
      credit card refund (we discussed return shipping and the restocking fee), and
      that refund was issued to her credit card that SAME DAY. We are puzzled about
      the claim of "poor customer service".  Our return policy is
      clearly stated on our website, and our customers are asked to read it before we
      issue them a Return Authorization Number.



      Most of our return customers choose the store credit of 100%
      of the products value (no expiration date for credit).  She chose to have
      amount returned to her credit card, which incurs a restocking fee...all clearly
      spelled out on our website. We started doing this about 20 years ago because
      some customers were ordering 3 or more of the same item in different colors and
      sizes, and keeping one but returning all the rest, This wreaked havoc with our
      warehouse capacity and inventory.  If an item has a manufacturing defect,
      we will pay for the return and replace the same item at our expense.



      Since the Covid pandemic and its aftermath, we do not
      guarantee delivery dates...too many variables out of our control, like factory
      supply chain issues,  shipping issues from factory to our warehouse, and
      US Postal shipping issues from us to our customers. We are happy to give status
      reports and approximations.  If a customer has a deadline, on our website
      and in their order confirmation email, they are clearly told to alert us
      immediately of that deadline date. We can then let them know up-front… 1. Yes,
      we should probably be able to make that date... 2. Their deadline date is
      cutting it close, it may or may not happen... or 3. There is no way we can meet
      their deadline.  Then they can make a calculated decision, UP FRONT, to
      move forward with their order, or not.  We received NO deadline
      notifications from this customer.



      We are happy to give status reports and approximations.
       We always regret disappointing a customer, but our return policy is
      clearly posted at our website, and policy was discussed with our customer
      before she returned her item.  We contacted our customer as promptly as
      her circumstances allowed (her voice mail was full and not take any messages
      for a few days), and her refund was issued to her credit card that SAME DAY she
      requested.

      Fantastic customer service and product. I ordered a pair of boots and noticed on the confirmation email a phone number to call to check the status if time sensitive. I live in ***************, ****** and was concerned about shipping time because the bots were a fift for a friend. I called the number and I believe it was the owner who answered. He was fantastic! He placed the order immediately with his 3rd party supplier and gave me status updates over the next few days. We decided it was fastest and most reliable to divert the order to *********** where I would be making a quick trip in the upcoming 2 weeks. The boots arrived at that address within 10 days of the order date and I was able to easily bring them back to *************** with me. The boots fit great and customer service goes over and above to help! Cant thank them enough!

      I needed 3 pairs of boots sent to me FAST and I needed them last minute. This place is unbelievable when it come to customer service. They went out of their way to CALL ME personally, and tell me the shoes I wanted were out of stock and to see if they could help find something else instead. Now this the gentleman who runs the business, calling me to help me get similar or a different shoe.So after about 30 mins or more on the phone, we got my shoes replaced with similar or a totally different pair all together. But because he knew that I needed these shoes ASAP, for him to go out of his way to help we with finding another pair is amazing. Most companies would of sent you a refund or a letter saying they were our and sorry for the inconvenience. Please help support small business and support this company. AMAZING.
