1 starThey came out and did our yard but caught the guy on camera just going around our door then sat in his truck the rest of the time. Called to have them respray never showed up. Called the company and said we might cancel over this but never did. Then the min I got off the phone he charges my card $324 cancel action fee. In their contract in order to cancel it has to be a written agreement and we never did that. I called the manager and he refused to give me my money back. Don't trust them. And to the company don't knock on people's door at 9pm to sell your product.Review fromWilliam R

I signed up for a ******************** June 2024. Afer the May ************************************************************************************ June 2025. Charged from June 2024 to June 2025 is thirteen month. I don't recall anything about this being a Bakers Year. I am so disgusted with this company, I told them to charge the June payment now and make sure the contract doesn't renew. After the final charge everything about the service contract was removed and the final email was all that was on the account. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for pest control service.

Customer and I had the chance to speak. I went over all of his charges and we had only charged him 12 times. We just charged the 12th payment early in May so that he could close his account. All of his payments were usually taken out around the 27th of each month so he might have thought we charged him again but we did not and only took out the 12 payments that were part of the agreement. I think he is now good but I did tell him if he had any other concerns, he could reach back out to me. Thank youReview fromKirstin D

1 starTheir company gives scam vibes. A sales rep came to our door-stated no contracts but ended up having us sign a year contract? They came on 6/11 to our house and said we will come whenever to do a reservice. Called multiple times after they charged me again to receive NO response. Called on 7/12 to see what was going on with reservice and they said we will call you back. Never received a response so called today to cancel and get out of my contract since they cannot even honor that. Turns out they scheduled me for a reservice and did not even notify me- why am I waiting a whole almost two months for reservice?? And now Im stuck paying a huge cancellation fee from my contract even though this company cannot honor it on their end.Review fromMM T

******* came to our house after working an extra long day, in order to set mouse traps. He was very professional, courteous, not rushed (even though it was close to 8pm), and thorough. We are happy to report 2 mice ended up in the traps last night. We appreciate the prompt response to our problem. ******* deserves accolades for what he did for us.Insight Pest Solutions WA

A sales representative came to my door this evening in *********, **, stating a neighbor had signed up for their services who had ant issues. I informed them I had signed up with another company and was locked into a 3 year contract that had recently ended. I informed him I was not interested in future pest control. He proceeded to inform me of an old wasp nest on my gutter. I again, told him I was not interested and was not in a financial situation, regardless. He continued to pressure me to change my mind. 3rd strike I informed him I was trying to care for my husband who is battling cancer and to my utter shock, he continued his sales pitch. My husband almost fell trying to come to the door to assist. This interaction completely ticked me off to the point of me shutting the door in the salesmans face. I have never done that in my life. Complete turn off and will never use or refer this company to ANYONE!!! I was forced to give 1 star rating when they deserve none in my book!Insight Pest Solutions WA

1 starAbsolute scam. Terrible customer service. They send young kids with zero experience to perform the jobs and they are not done properly or thoroughly at all. I had to supervise and hand-hold the service technicians while they lied to my face about what they did. Beyond that, the results are terrible. A 2nd service technician came by to rectify the problem, made a giant mess after knocking off a wasps nest and didn't even clean it up after it fell. I had to clean it up myself. The customer service agents are an absolute nightmare. They completely ignored our experience and changed us full amount anyway. ITS A COMPLETE SCAMReview fromSherry B

1 starWhen we signed up for the service we were told that we would receive a contract from them but to date we have been unable to get one. Their service is not effective as the problem continues after several treatments. We have talked to them regarding their service failures and we want to cancel the service. One representative indicated that he would take care of it (did not get a name) but we are still getting calls for payment with threats of collection action. Their pricing is extremely high compared to other companys we have experience with. We were not adequately informed that they would only service our premises every 3 months and without a copy of the contract we were unable to review it. We made several payments but when we determined that their service was ineffective we cancelled any additional payments. Now they are hounding us to pay.Very dissatisfied with their service and treatment. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
