      I ran the shipping department for a large software development company in ****** for 7 years. Currently, I am responsible for the outbound shipping for a busy fab shop in ******, OR. I have nearly 18 years of experience in LTL, full truckload, and freight forwarding. Typically, I run quotes with at least four freight vendors each time that I send something out, to ensure that I get the best rates, travel time, and fewest number of transfers. Peninsula is quite often the company that I choose, and they have never disappointed me! Great rates, timely delivery, truly an above and beyond company! Absolutely phenomenal! They care about their customers and it shows! I have nothing but good things to say about Peninsula. I am grateful to collaborate with them, and I always feel confident in choosing them.

      Don't use these guys!!!!! I had an agreed upon date for receiving a $2100 piece of freight. They tried to call me during the day the day before while I was stressed to the *** at work. Due to me not answering that call, they are telling me my item won't be shipped on the agreed upon date and that I will now be charged storage for this device at their facility. They say I can come get it during certain hours of their choosing. Great, I get to burn diesel to drive an hour ********** get a device that is supposed to be shipped to me.
