    I placed an order with ISEE Hair and received an email saying my package had been delivered. However, I never received it. I checked my community mailbox area, around my home, and even asked neighbors but there was no package. I contacted ISEE Hairs customer service several times. They repeatedly told me to file a claim with **** and insisted the package was delivered to my door. However, I live in a community where all mail is delivered to a central mailbox location not to individual doors. I explained this multiple times, but they ignored it and didnt offer any real assistance or resolution. Their replies felt dismissive and unhelpful. I paid for a product I never received, and Im now being bounced between them and **** with no accountability. I would like a full refund or a replacement for the missing order. ISEE Hair should take responsibility for ensuring delivery and stop pushing blame onto customers when packages are lost. I also recommend they improve their customer service process for handling shipping disputes.

    I ordered a package from ISEE Hair Beauty through TikTok Shop. **** marked the package as delivered to my front porch on May 16, 2025, but I never received it. I immediately contacted **** and confirmed that the address was correct, but no delivery photo was provided to verify where the item was placed. I also checked with neighbors and searched the surrounding area, confirming the package was stolen.I informed ISEE Hair Beauty of the situation, but instead of filing a claim or sending a replacement, they repeatedly pushed the responsibility back on me, despite **** policy stating that either the sender or recipient can file a claim. I explained that I do not have access to the shipping receipt or insurance information as a buyer and therefore cannot complete a formal claim myself.They continue to refuse a refund or replacement unless I file the claim myselfdespite the fact that they are the original shipper with full access to the necessary documentation. Ive provided multiple written confirmations and even cited **** policy directly. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, especially as the product was needed for ********* this point, I am requesting a full refund or replacement and for ISEE Hair Beauty to be held accountable for failing to assist a customer in good faith after a package was stolen under their shipping responsibility.

    I ordered a wig on and around the day of February 22, 2025. The order arrived on or after February 26, 2025 unfortunately the wig that I ordered was nothing like it was listed on the website. The wig was not human hair, the wig was not 180% destiny, and the wig did not have 4 inch parting space. As per their 30 day return policy, they say that its easy and that you can return with no questions asked. When I tried to go and take advantage of that return policy since I received the defective wig they refused. I asked for it to be replaced, even with something they refuse that as well. I have tried all efforts to try to resolve this matter with this merchant, but they expect me to pay $192 for a defective weightthat I cannot use. I need some type of governing agency to get involved in order to handle the bad business practices that are being carried by this company. If youre not even gonna honor the return policy that you have and go back-and-forth with a consumer stating that they used the item and that there is nothing wrong with it should be illegal. Judging by their score with the BBB, this is obviously something that they often do and something needs to be done now in order to r from abusing any more consumers moving forward. I tried to file it to speak with Afterpay, but unfortunately I feel like they are just citing with the merchant because they paid for the items upfront andthey dont wanna get involved. But something needs to be done in order to protect consumers from this fraudulent company that does not do business ethically or morally and steals from customers after sending them defective items that is nothing like the item that they ordered off their website. Thank you for your time and consideration and assisting with this matter.

    I emailed ********************************* two days ago and yet received a reply. I was inboxed on Instagram by an Isee **** I replied with my concerns and no one ever replied back. And ISEE. COM is not working I ordered ISEE Water Wave Wear Go Pre Plucked Glueless Wigs Pre Cut Lace Closure. My order number is ***********.This wig is no where near the look as advertised. From the video advertised on ISEE website to many ******* video I watch advertising the exact product. I reached out to one of the females that promote the exact wig asking did the wig come that full or did she have to add hair. She replied, yes it came full. However, she get a lot of messages asking the same question. I didn't want to believe the influencer get the actual product to promote while the customers get the thinner version of the wig. I see that isbthe case. I'm not satisfied with this wig. I shouldn't have to buy more bundles for volume when ISEE website promote a full looking wig.I purchased this wig for an event the following weekend to come. Now I have to find another resolution and hope it get delivered in time.I'm requesting a full refund IMMEDIATELY!

    I purchased a wig from ISEE Hair Company on 3/1/24 for $174.09. The name of the wig is "ISEE Wear Go V5 Tiny Knots Pre Bleached Upgraded Ocean Wave Preplucked HD Lace Wig". This means that the wig came ready-to-wear, with no customization required. When I received the wig, it had bald spots in the lace and the hair shed very badly. I reached out to the brand through their website and let them know the wig was damaged and that I would like a replacement. I did not receive a response within the week of 3/10/24. I followed up through email on 3/18/24 and still did not receive a response. I disputed the payments on Paypal to receive a refund and then escalated the case on 4/4/24 when the seller did not respond. The seller offered a partial refund of $18.26 which I declined because that is not a sufficient refund for $174.09 damaged product. ****** stated that in order to receive the full refund, I had to return the wig. I shipped the wig to ISEE Hair company on 5/4/24 through **** (Tracking #**********************) and the wig was delivered to ISEE Hair Company on 5/6/24. I updated the case with the tracking information and receipts of the wig being delivered. My full refund should have been issued upon receipt. ****** reviewed the case for 4 weeks. I received an email from Paypal on 6/5/24 stating that my case was closed and that I would not be receiving a refund AT ALL because they ruled in the seller's favor stating that I was the one who altered/damaged the wig. I want to reiterate that the wig I purchased comes ALREADY customized meaning there is no alterations to be done. I DID NOT alter this wig. This is extremely poor customer service and dishonest of ********************** Company to blame me for a defective wig that they sent on top of keeping my money after they received their item BACK.

    The company claims this hair is 100% human hair its not the hair has a synthetic mix. As soon as you wash the hair it starts matting. It also has a strong chemical smell and it sheds a lot. The hair tangles real bad. The company is using false advertisement. In the pictures you can see the light brown strands which are the synthetic blend. Ive washed my hair several times and I cant get rid of the smell. I would like a refund, credit or for the company to send me the human hair bundles I paid for.

    On 12/9/2023, I ordered a wig from ISEEhair.com. The projected delivery date was between the 17th and 19th of December. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my wig. I got in contact with DHL and they said that my package was delivered to a mail room but the house that I live in does not have a mail room. *** told me that it is a possibility that my package was stolen. They gave me a claim number and told me to tell ISEEhair that my package was stolen. ISEEhair continuously gave me excuses, stating that my package was delivered and the courier cannot get into the mail room and that I have to go get it. I do not have a mail room in my house which I told them repeatedly. I gave them the claim number again and they said it takes 1-4 weeks for these claims to go through but it has been over a month. I paid for my wig using Klarna, it broke the payment down into 4 payments. I only paid the first installment of $69.52. I have had the rest of the payments on pause because ISEEhair is not giving me sufficient help as a customer. The order number is ***********. The tracking number is **********.

    i ordered a specific type of hair with this company. 3 bundles of 18 afro curly. i received 2 afro curly bundles and 1 ***** curly bundle. when i reached out to the company, they wanted me to return the hair and they ship the correct hair. major inconvenience. i asked to be refunded for the one bundle which according to them would be $46.32 and was told i cannot get a refund unless returned. they said i can get $7 or $20 if i left them a 5-star review. unacceptable. im being inconvenienced for their mistake when all i would like is a refund for a product i did not get

    I ordered a hair unit from this company on 8/25/2023. After 2 weeks of not receiving item I contacted seller, receiving no response. I then reached out again requesting a refund from seller which at that time I received a single word ok. I then contacted PayPal regarding my payment plan and receiving a refund. They stated they reached out to seller and subsequently refunded one of the 4 payments. I then noticed another payment came out of my acct and when I notified PayPal they stated I only disputed one charge and since they closed the case it could not be reopened. Their message stated I needed to contact the seller which I did and still received no response.

    I purchased hair bundles, and was not satisfied with quality of hair or customer service experience. I mailed the bundles back, paid for shipping never received communication that the bundles were received. When I checked the tracking information it say they were picked up 3 days after I took them to the post office. 10 days after being picked up still no communication about the refund and no response to emails sent inquiring about refund. I want my money back. They have the hair.

    The address the package was sent to is not listed on the tracking page because the package was picked up from the post office. Ive reported the package as lost, to get information on who picked it up. The address and information was correct as given to me via email and the company is making every excuse to avoid refunding when the product was sent back.
