      11/17/21: Deposit check for $7,000 to Andgar Mechanical, LLC for heat pump install dropped off at ******** office; check received by ******** 11/17/21: Emailed **********, no reply 11/22/21: Deposit check for $7,000 cashed (did not discover this until later)11/30/21: Emailed **********, no reply 12/1/21: Called ****, was told that check for $7,000 would not be cashed, only held in company safe December 29, 2022: Email received from **** stating change to quoted job April 1: Email from ********** - Communicate about job June 9: Email from ********** - "Andgar does have all of your equipment available"June 16: Email from ********** - Will provide "full refund" June 27: Email from ********** - Will cancel project, equipment will be returned, down payment will be returned From the start, my check was cashed, when I was told that it would not be; then an attempt was made to change my agreed upon order. It was already the end of the year and I had been told by **** to anticipate the Dec-Jan window for delivery of the ****8C60NA outdoor unit for my proposed Option B installation. Around April there was communication from Andgar about my job. By this point it was well beyond the Dec-Jan projected date. With the holidays (when I could have accommodated an HVAC installation) well past, I was now incredibly busy at work, often working 6-7 days per week. I communicated this to ****. June 9th, **** informed me that the equipment for my install was available, 7 months after the start of the order. I work in law enforcement, and with the long hours and heavy workload associated with my job, I simply don't have spare time to entertain sluggish vendors who arent keeping their word. What followed were emails from ********** stating that if I did not proceed with the project, the equipment would be returned, and I would be refunded. Multiple communication attempts with **** via email and voicemail were unanswered. I have still not received a refund as communicated by ****, 1 year later.
