      I came home on a Friday afternoon to a cold house and discovered that the furnace had stopped working. Andgar was able to have a technician on site an hour after my call. ***** quickly diagnosed and replaced a failed ignitor, and performed the regular service that was due. I appreciate their responsiveness and will call them for future needs.

      I really want to acknowledge ***** one of the techs. He went above and beyond- he stayed to help us getting our fireplace working after the furnace stopped working. He was kind, knowledgeable, and caring. He didnt have to do anything extra as we called for no heat. But knowing a cold snap was coming he wanted fo make sure we were warm. He also arranged for someone to drop off space heaters. He went above and beyond and should be recognized for his hard work and dedication to the company. Thank you *****!

      Friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable. Arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. Ive used Andgar the past 3 years to service my furnace and hot water tank times and they always do an exceptional job.
