If there were a zero star review, thats what this would get. We have been swindled again and again by this company. They have no experience with **************, despite putting in our Lennox system. We have had issues since day one and not a single one of them have ever been fully resolved. We ended up without any air conditioning and no heat all of last winter because they drained every last ***** I had Throwing parts at a problem. They didnt know anything about. They had no idea what was causing the issue. One of the main issues was blatantly obvious that we found on our own even as inexperienced HVAC people. It was so obvious that its comical. They did not refund a single ***** of the thousands of dollars that we spent trying to fix this issue. We have since learned that we have had a slow refrigerant leak since day one of the system being installed. We also prepaid each year for an annual service. We did not receive last years annual service because our system was completely broke down and they never resolved it and never finished even trying to fix it. Now they refuse to even give that small amount of money back to us. This is a start warning to anyone even considering using them as an ************* Buyer beware. Go with *****************. Save yourself an immense amount of stress and definitely saves on your finances. This is a very dishonest, shady company. And they are not even rated or accredited with the BBB.

I cannot praise Barron Heating enough for their exceptional service right before the Christmas holidays. Amidst a freezing temperature alert, my furnace unfortunately stopped working, leaving me in a potential cold crisis. However, Barron Heating was quick to respond, efficiently replacing my furnace just in time to combat the looming cold snap. The experience was made even more remarkable shortly after I settled the invoice balance, as I was informed that I had been selected as the lucky winner of their Free Installation promotion. This incredible stroke of luck meant a full reimbursement of all my expenses. The swift, efficient, and unexpectedly rewarding service provided by Barron Heating has been nothing short of outstanding. Highly recommend their services for anyone in need!

We hired Barron Heating because years ago they were a good company and did good work for us. This time however, I have to say they are the worst contractor we have hired in 45 years of home ownership. The salesman told us they could fit an upgraded furnace in our existing space. They were not able to fit it where they said they could, and it obstructed the laundry room doorway so badly that the washer and dryer would not fit through the doorway without removing the furnace again. For the next six months, they stalled, made excuses, and lied (in writing) about coming back to do the job properly. At that point, we hired a lawyer and notified them of our intent to *** for breach of contract, including failure to have the required state inspection performed. Only after being faced with the choice of going to court or fulfilling their contract did they take any tangible action to properly reinstall the furnace. Unless you dont mind the possibility of 17 months plus the additional cost of a lawyer and process server to get a simple furnace installed and legally inspected, learn from our mistake - hire a different contractor.

(From: **** Barron, Owner)Dear ***, Seeing this review was more than disappointing for myself and our Barron team. Please know I could not agree more with you that this project took too long. For reference, after receiving the letter from your attorney, I made repeated calls to his office. When we finally spoke, I respectfully requested an opportunity to talk with you directly. I was surprised that no effort had been made to contact company leadership before engaging legal counsel. Barron's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures our customers that we will always make things right, and once we connected, I let you know of such; the correct solution would be the right one for you and you would be in charge. Our Contracting Specialist ****** and myself personally came to your home and met with both you and your wife. You informed us of the communication issues with our estimator, and your dissatisfaction with the final look. Standard residential furnaces and manufactured home furnaces are very different, and we regret that you were not fully informed of the aesthetic differences prior to initial install. Our ultimate goal was to provide what was important to youa quiet, efficient solution; however, we understand the final result stuck out farther than was acceptable. From my perspective, our meeting was positive overall. We put a plan in place and quickly moved forward with said plan, which included Barron spending considerable dollars to make things right. I called you about a month after our work was complete, giving you time with the new furnace to ensure satisfaction. I was surprised by your response to my call. You were displeased with how long this project took and that we hadn't had the final inspection on the job. In truth, Barron filed for all appropriate permits upfront, but we are at the mercy of the State Labor and Industry timelines. Due to labor shortages, a manufactured home permit can take the state numerous months to conduct their onsite physical inspection. This process is outside of Barron's control. While there were no nods to our extended efforts, I did appreciate your compliments to our workers, including ******* framing and finish work. ***, we stand by the final product at your residence. We worked diligently to resolve this issue, and your review does not fully represent the facts surrounding this project. The last thing you shared was disappointment that the final invoice for the original work you received had no compensation for your legal cost. If, for some reason, your rating of our company centered around not being compensated for the "additional cost of a lawyer and process server," please call me anytime for help; you have my direct number. It's an honor to serve our community, and we value putting people first. Quality companies keep fighting for their customers, even when challenges present themselves.

Barron Heating is extremely OVERPRICED! I called them last week because the air handler for my residential HVAC unit (the indoor portion of the heat pump) was making noise that sounded to me as if it was being starved for return air. (I called Barron because they had done the installation, and I had been very happy with their work in the past.) Before calling, I had removed the filters so that I could look up into the unit and could see that the heat exchanger coils were indeed heavily caked with dust. A technician from Barron Heating showed up the next day. After removing 12 screws so that he could remove the covers on the side of the air handler to access the heat exchanger, he confirmed my diagnosis. He then proceeded to spray a can of Blackhawk Expanding Foam Coil Cleaner ($18.48 on Amazon) onto the heat exchanger coils, waited 5 minutes, and then reattached the two panels. Total time on-site was under an hour. The bill, however, came to $526.92 including tax. I immediately called and spoke with a service manager, explaining that I felt their charges were exorbitant. After several days and additional phone calls, they issued a 5% ($26.35) refund. I subsequently called another local HVAC contractor and asked how much they would charge for this type of service call. Their response was that they charge $135 for the initial call and diagnostics (whereas Barron charged $120 for this portion of the bill), but that the bill would likely total around $250. I would have been very happy to pay Barron Heating $250 for this service call. BUT NOT $500. Even my attorney doesn't charge that much per hour.
