    Deceptive marketing, the way they market gives the impression that its 8gb data every month but in reality its 8gb for the whole year

    I see you have a concern with one of our listings on **** and would like to address it. We have a variety of plans including no data, light data, and smartphone plans. This particular 1 year plan is included under our light data plans and includes a total of 8GB of data for the whole year which is stated clearly in our **** description. Please see the attachment of the listing for verification.

    I understand you are interested in a refund and would like to provide you with our refund policy. For unactivated plans, you have 30 days to request a return for a full refund. For already activated plans, you can request and receive a refund for any plan activated within the last 14 days with usage under 30 minutes, 30 texts, and 30MB of data.     I am rejecting this response because:
    The screenshot you have shared was buried in the description which is not mobile friendly and can not be seen in full on mobile screen

    What I have shared is from your title picture which just says 8gb. Nowhere you have mentioned annually on that.

    Checkout the same complain on Amazon from customers.

    I bought 2 **** from you just to waste my money.

    Our listing on both Amazon and **** states the data amount is for the whole year or total duration of the plan. If the customer is interested in a refund, they are welcome to submit our refund form and if their plan was activated within 14 days or less and their usage is below 30 minutes, 30 texts, and 30 MB of data, we will refund them.
