    Do NOT purchase from the company. The data is extremely slow making the service unusable. I have gotten 2GB of data applied to my account that could not even be used since the speed is extremely slow. This company doesn't like to provide refunds for their unusable service. I've had to spend over 2 hours with the supervisor who is argumentative and untrustworthy. The supervisor put in a refund request and told me an email will be sent in 2-3 business days. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't received anything.This company is unprofessional and does not keep their word. The service does not work as advertised. They offer data for good reviews which does not reflect the bad experience I've had. This should have been the first indication that this is a fishy company.Avoid Jethro Mobile. Untrustworthy customer service, unreliable coverage, and sketchy business practices. Read the negative reviews here and on Trustpilot. This has been the worst mobile company experience I've ever had.

    Upon reviewing your complaint, I found that the plan you purchased was the 365 Simple Plan, which includes unlimited talk and text but does not offer data. This is why you were unable to fully utilize data services. If you require data, we offer several options, such as the Simple Plus Plans, Smartphone Plans, or the option to select a data add on for your current plan.

    Additionally, we offer refunds for lines that have been active for 14 days or less, with usage under 30 minutes of talk, 30 texts, and 30MB of data. Unfortunately, your account does not meet these criteria, as your usage exceeds the limits.

    If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at ***************************************************** or reach our customer service team at **************.

    I am leaving my current cellphone carrier due to the terrible customer service and support not being in North America but in *****. Three agents I just called were are all in ***** but denied it. Jethro mobile advertises they only have North American customer service and that's false advertising. ***** scammer's are ruthlessly robbing unsuspecting citizen's out of billions a year. The government is not protecting us. These companies that took our info there should be held accountable for their international wire fraud crimes! Watch ***********, ************** and ************* on ******* who are fighting to protect us from this. One scanner said he was an ethical scammer when confronted. He said "if someone has $5000 in the bank he only takes$4000. People have taken their own lives after being ruined by the pch fraud. They use ****************** McAfee, even the *** LETTERHEAD to send out mass emails saying a payment from ****** has been paid call their number if you didn't make this payment. Then they say they will refund it and add extra money then say they'll get fired and that the victim has to get money and send it to them. Then they go into their banking and wipe them out! This is disgraceful because our police don't know how to stop it. We now refuse to speak to any ***** scammer's. ************* is also not in the US but gets paid to give us cell services but can't regulate these companies. That's why I'm leaving them. They destroyed my **** card and I bought a new phone and will not take it to them. Don't fall for it!!

    Jethro Mobile sim cards for travel to *** are an easy, cheaper, and more affordable option when wanting to use your own phone in ***. Their customer service with agents like ****** are very helpful in assisting with any questions.

    I will never do business with Jethro Mobile again. They are preying on elderly people. Their phone product is mediocre, but that is not my complaint. From beginning to end we had trouble with their billing department. In the end, my mother's line ported out to a different company on the first day of service for her service which was the 24th of the month ( oddly since I started her service in the first of a month originally.) My mother had service for one hour and was charged for the entire month. I emailed and called and asked for a refund. My request was flatly rejected. I asked why they don't prorate like other monthly services, I received no answer, I finally received half the monthly charge back. I should never have set up automatic billing with these scoundrels, but it was the only way I could get them to stop s******* up the billing every month. This is a terrible company that are either completely inept, they are taking advantage of the elderly, or both.

    Hi *****, after reviewing your call recording and email history, you indicated that you would need to keep the line active to port out the number, therefore, the line was renewed so you can do that. Our prepaid $10 service is not refundable per our refund policy, we did offer a $5 refund back to you even though the delay of porting was out of our control as a one-time courtesy. Please know that as a business we always want to try our best to accommodate our customer's needs.
