      I received notice that an order had been placed to send me a different hat.  This was on August 18th.  That was the last I've heard.  There has been no notification that it has shipped.  It still isn't the actual hat I ordered according to the picture that was sent.

      I received a notice that an order was placed for a hat on 8/18 at no charge.  It's not the hat I ordered but it's closer.  That's the last I've heard from Next Level Goods. Can you provide any updates?

      Ordered t shirt and sticker on July 25th, 2023. Website says on front page 3-4 business days for shipping. Waited 14 days, nothing. I emailed them asking where my item was at. There was a response next day saying item will ship in 1-2 business days that didn't happen. So emailed again the following week asking where my item was at. Got the same exact response and still no item. It's been 17 business days and nothing. At this point I just want my money back which I emailed them about and still no response.

      I ordered 2 t-shirts from this company on mid July where it advertised on ********* The transaction was successfully via PayPal. However, I never received any confirmation regarding my order except the payment had been cleared via PayPal. I contacted the company by phone listed on PayPal. I was suggested to leave a message but I heard nothing from them since. I told PayPal and they kindly listened to my complaint. Although my beef is not with PayPal, they gave a discount toward another purchase. I am selling many stuffs and dealing with shipping too, but this company takes so long, even if they send the items via ground shipping, they should have arrived by now. I really have bad vibes from this company and I don't want other consumers experiencing as I am right now. Thank you for taking your time allowing me to write this.

      On July 10, 2023 I ordered $203.00 worth of products from www.nextlevelgoods.com and within a few days it felt like they wouldnt be filling the order and I was correct, to which I started asking for a full refund of my money. Ive been emailing their ******************************* email simply asking for a refund since July 14, 2023, and calling their ***** number (which they dont answer, they only text from) and they will not even acknowledge Im asking for a refund. It is now Aug 02, 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund, I am making this report to the BBB and I have reported them to USAA as a scam company and I am thinking about going to file a police report for theft. This is a very crappy company with very poor customer service, especially since they state they are for veterans well I served 20yrs in the Navy and Im getting treated like crap!!!

      Early part of June I ordered a t shirt and they took money out of my account on for the order. I have not received my paid items. I've called, texted and emailed several times, and I do mean several, and no one has responded. Not one single person. The order states paid and marked as "unfulfilled ". They have all my correct information and have not bothered to respond.

      In March of this year, I ordered 2 shirts, and a Veteran flag from NextLevelGoods.com. I received the 2 shirts, but no flag. I sent a number of emails about the missing flag, and received no response. After a few more emails, I was told it had been sent,. Again, I explained there was no flag in the package. This went on for several more weeks. Then I got an email stating the package with the flag was lost by the carrier, and a replacement was being sent later that week. Several more weeks passed, and still no flag. Now, now more responses to my emails.

      Placed an order on the 5th. I have attempted to contact via phone and left messages. I only recieved one email saying working on the order on the 12th.I've requested a refund for no longer needing the item. It was meant for someone I am no longer with and 30 was enough for a shirt and sticker. Just want me money back. They never call back. Always say they're busy. Now its been ************************************ anything Tired of trying to do it myself. Need help

      I ordered 4 t shirts and a flag from the company online and only two shirts were delivered. After numerous emails nothing has been done.

      On April 4, 2023, I ordered two hats and a window decal from the company. Order #******. One of the hats ordered was to be the "We Will Keep Our God, Guns and Constitution" in black. Price for this item was $14.99. Order was received on April 20, 2023. Upon opening the package, the hat sent was in the 'Realtree' pattern, which is a camo-type pattern and had been on sale at the time of order for (I believe) $7.99. I immediately sent an email to the company, informing them of the mistake and requesting the correct item be shipped and offered to return the incorrect item if the return label and packing materials were included. I received an email in reply, asking for a photo of the incorrect item, which I sent. I then received another email acknowledging receipt of the photo and requesting 'a few days' to verify. On April 28, I sent another email to check the status of the review and was asked again for 'a few more days'. On May 5, I again sent an email, more strongly requesting that the correct item be shipped and offering to return the incorrect item if the mailing label and packaging were included. I did not receive a reply and have not heard anything back from this company since April 28.

      I made a purchase with Next Level Goods ******************************************************************************* on March 5th, 2023 in the amount of $31.93 order# ****** they took money out of my account on March 6th, 2023 for the order. I have not recieved my paid items. I've called, texted and emailed multiple times and no one has responded. Not one single person. The order states paid March 5th, 2023 and marked as "unfulfilled ". They have all my correct information and have not bothered to respond.
